13/04/2025: We ended up a bit by chance on the suggestion of a local gentleman, we found a welcoming place with friendly, nice and professional staff. The food was presented very well and was excellent, including the accompanying pizza. Perhaps the price was just a little high considering you only drank water and a glass of red, but we're talking about little change. Advised!

26/05/2025: La comida era genial y muy agradable. Vinimos aquí para una de nuestras cenas durante nuestra luna de miel y aunque caro la calidad era buena. Me decepcionó mucho notar, sin embargo, que teniendo en cuenta el precio de los filetes y la factura que me cobraron dos veces por el vino. Ten mucho cuidado con esto. He tratado de contactarlos desde entonces y acordaron reembolsarles, pero eso nunca sucedió.

26/05/2025: We had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant! The food was delicious, and we were lucky enough to get a reservation for eight on the terrace, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

22/05/2025: Good food, a bit more expensive than the average restaurants but the taste was also very good. One of the tastiest restaurants. It was very quiet, whether that was due to the season or not, no idea. We sat outside because of the dog, a bit of a lack of atmosphere but that could be because we came on the wrong day. Furthermore, the service was very friendly and spoke good English.

11/03/2025: Nice walk from Brunate with arrival and stop at this nice place where we discovered a friendly environment and good local food. The smiling staff made our stay even more pleasant. Unfortunately this last aspect is not always obvious... BRAVE! Happy season!

10/03/2025: Bella passeggiata da Brunate con arrivo e sosta presso questo simpatico locale nel quale abbiamo scoperto un ambiente cordiale e del buon cibo nostrano. Il personale con il sorriso ha reso ancor più piacevole la nostra sosta. Purtroppo quest'ultimo aspetto non è sempre scontato... BRAVE ! Buona stagione !

01/06/2025: Simply lovely establishment. We came as we have been passing the restaurant few times. Then we saw the reviews on google, and it was indeed a great culinary experience. Definitely must visit when you’re in Gravedona!!

01/06/2025: We were only in the area for two days, but we managed to book a table. Delicious food. I go to restaurants, I cook, I just like to eat. And I have to admit that I haven't eaten such a simple and excellent meal in a long time. Perfectly seasoned, served, simply delicious. If someone says that the portions are small, let them order a second one. Expensive? For me, it was affordable. I don't know if you can put a price on the passion for cooking and the time spent on choosing dishes and ingredients. I remember how good it feels to eat at my mother's, I can't put a price on it. They are located in the basement, but thanks to that it is pleasantly cool. It is hard to find there, yes, but it is worth looking for. It is really worth visiting this place. I hope I will have the opportunity to enjoy a meal here again. Greetings to the whole team with all my heart.

17/05/2025: A splendid view of the lake, which deserves to be accompanied by a food and wine offering to match. The location has great potential, but it is a shame to see yet another shop oriented too much towards hit-and-run tourism. A few more careful choices, for example in the cured meats and less commercial wines by the glass, could really make the difference and make the place a reference for local customers too.

18/05/2025: We had ribs and pasta for dinner. Super delicious. Tiramisu was perfect too :) We where with two toddlers and at first they counted coperta for all of us, but after noticing that they kindly changed the bill.

17/05/2025: Very slow and poor service. Table booked. They seated us 25 minutes later. Good food, nice location but too dark We filled up on bread

23/05/2025: Ordered lake fish 5 ways. Don’t. Ordered spinach and cheese ravioli . I got meat. I don’t eat meat so that was nice surprise when I bit in. They didn’t even comp it Lamb Ragu? Embarrassing. I’ve traveled all over Italy and this is ground lamb , not ragu .

04/06/2025: I stopped by for dinner, I have to say they have excellent quality raw materials, a quiet, clean, really pleasant place. The chef was great, and the girl's service was impeccable. I will definitely go back.

02/06/2025: On holidays in Como, we were staying in a guesthouse nearby and decided to have our last dinner at Crotto and it did not disappoint! The waitresses were super kind with us and our 2 year old son and it really made our experience special. We decided to have pizzas and they were delicious, so was the house wine and the tiramisu. The prices were very reasonable (total bill of 35 euros for two adults) and we were really happy to support such a nice local business. Thank you!
