15/06/2025: Excellent pizzeria even if a bit lost in the countryside. The location is not the best, but everything is compensated by excellent pizzas very original with refined doughs, digestible and very good. Courteous staff. Medium-high prices, justified however by the originality of the pizzas and the richness of the filling.

08/06/2025: Stellar location with spectacular views of the body of water. Very elegantly decorated place, more than a trattoria it seems like a Michelin star restaurant! Amazing food, immediately attracted by the risotto for two with shrimp tartare and raspberry, but I never thought I would taste such a delicacy! Knowledgeable staff as well as friendly and pleasantly familiar/joking. Surprised by the "very sweet" gift given once the coffees were ordered, which was also absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it, passed with flying colors!

06/06/2025: Tuvimos una comida fabulosa aquí mientras visitaba la Riviera Gardone. Mi amigo y yo tuvimos la pasta que era absolutamente delicioso, nuestro camarero se llamaba Mimo él era encantador muy profesional asegurándose de que todo era simplemente perfecto. Sin duda recomendaría comer aquí, con una gran vista sobre el hermoso lago de Garda! Todos los platos que vimos que salieron se veían deliciosos. Gracias por un gran almuerzo antes de que tuviéramos que seguir adelante.

Service 5/5 Der Service ist hier ausgezeichnet. Gefühlt spricht das Personal alle Sprachen, also auch kein Kommunikationsproblem. Auch sind alle nett, freundlich und auch zack. Dazu gibt es eine tolle Bedienung und man bekommt auch Informationen, sollte es aus der Küche spezielle Tagesgerichte geben. Food 5/5 Das Essen ist hier sehr lecker. Alle Produkte wirken sehr frisch und hochwertig. Die Pizza ist sehr lecker und auch schön im Steinofen zubereitet. - Fast so gut wie in meiner Heimat Napoli. Preis-/ Leistung 3/5 Hier befinden wir uns im Mittelfeld. Klar eine bestimmte Qualität hat nun mal seinen Preis. Und klar ist auch, dass man vieles anderes mit bezahlt, wie den guten Service, den Ausblick etc. Dennoch sind die Preise „gesalzen“, vor allem, wenn man mit seiner Familie mit ein oder zwei Kindern dort essen geht, wird es schnell eine große Summe. Fazit: Es ist definitiv lecker und auch eine Empfehlung wert. Jedoch sollte man bedenken, dass alles seinen Preis hat und man auch wo anders lecker und wahrscheinlich günstiger essen kann. 13/04/2025: Se siete alla ricerca di un’esperienza gastronomica raffinata, curata nei dettagli e con un perfetto equilibrio tra tradizione e modernità, Bottega 125 a Castelcovati è una tappa obbligata. Appena entrati, si viene accolti in un ambiente elegante e contemporaneo, dal design minimal eclettico dove ogni elemento – dall’illuminazione calda agli arredi curati – contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera accogliente e sofisticata. Il personale si è dimostrato preparato, attento e gentile, sempre presente ma mai invadente, pronto a spiegare ogni portata e a guidare nella scelta del vino. Un dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato molto è stata la possibilità di assaggiare il vino prima che venisse servito, un gesto di premura che denota grande attenzione per il cliente. Il coperto includeva un’ottima entrée, pane fragrante e burro salato montato, già da soli un’ottima introduzione a ciò che sarebbe seguito. I piatti, semplicemente deliziosi: il salmone marinato era fresco, ben bilanciato con note agrumate e una presentazione impeccabile. Come piatto principale abbiamo ordinato una Fiorentina da dividere in due, tagliata davanti ai nostri occhi, tenera e succosa, cotta alla perfezione. E per concludere, un dessert sorprendente – crema catalana con gelato e crumble – che ha chiuso la cena in maniera impeccabile. Ogni portata è curata tanto nel gusto quanto nell’estetica, come dimostrano anche le foto. Il prezzo è medio-alto ma assolutamente adeguato alla qualità dell’esperienza: ingredienti selezionati, cucina creativa e servizio impeccabile rendono ogni euro ben speso. Bottega 125 è un ristorante che unisce gusto, eleganza e professionalità, perfetto per un’occasione speciale o per chi vuole semplicemente concedersi una coccola per il palato.
