The staff is very friendly and kind. The food is divine, with authentic and refined flavors. Highly recommended for those who appreciate good food, those who love spending time with family, those who want to dine with friends or colleagues, and even those looking for an intimate dinner. Anyone passing through Franciacorta must stop here. Once you've been, you'll definitely return.

11/04/2026: Found it by chance after the grill restaurant we usually go to was closed. Excellent, very fresh fish, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent value. Even the myrtle liqueur served at the end was way above average. The grill restaurant hasn't lost a customer, but Girotondo has definitely gained one.

Good pizza, very easy to digest.
Just the right amount of toppings, using high-quality ingredients.
Very fast service, the girls are very kind, and so are the pizza chefs.
The place was renovated a few years ago, removing the old-school patina that the dining rooms had.
Much better now.
The nearby parking lot is always full when the place is busy. But there are other parking lots nearby (50 meters) that are often free.
The bar is also excellent for an aperitif with friends.
Prices are average, fair.
It's among the best in the area for pizza.
26/03/2026: Very nice place and delicious food. The meat is so soft that it melts in your mouth. I'm not a big fan of pizza, but I really liked this pizza. Thank you.

21/03/2026: What can I say...a beautiful and unique place, the food is more than good. Even though it's a bit out of the way, I still drive there to eat when I'm in Brescia for work.
The staff is friendly and very helpful. I recommend booking because it's always busy.

19/12/2024: Un'esperienza indimenticabile al Rifugio V Alpini!
Abbiamo trascorso un weekend meraviglioso al Rifugio V Alpini, un luogo che rimarrà per sempre nei nostri ricordi. Immersi nella straordinaria bellezza della Val Zebrù, ci siamo lasciati incantare dalle sue vette maestose e dai panorami mozzafiato che circondano il rifugio. Il contatto con la natura qui è autentico e rigenerante, e la vista del cielo stellato, così limpido e brillante, è stata semplicemente magica, uno spettacolo che raramente si ha la fortuna di ammirare.
Il servizio offerto è stato eccellente. Elena e Michele, insieme al loro fantastico staff, ci hanno accolto con un calore e una gentilezza unici, facendoci subito sentire come a casa. La loro passione si riflette in ogni dettaglio del rifugio che risulta curato e confortevole. Una menzione d'onore va allo chef, che ha proposto piatti di altissima qualità, elaborati e squisiti.
Un grazie di cuore a Elena e Michele e tutto lo staff per la loro professionalità, bravura e cortesia.
Grazie a voi abbiamo vissuto un’esperienza che non dimenticheremo mai, e non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Si vede, in ogni singolo dettaglio ed angolo della vostra casa in alta quota, che avete dedicato una buona parte di vita alla realizzazione di un'idea di accoglienza ed ospitalità che non ha eguali. Non solo il vostro modo d'essere, ma una filosofia che avete trasmesso a tutti i vostri collaboratori. Arrivare dopo ore di cammino e non trovare solo un posto letto accogliente ed un ottimo pasto ma ricevere uno sguardo speciale ed un sorriso sincero che ti dice: "Benvenuto!" rimarrà il più bel ricordo di questo piccolo angolo di Paradiso dal tetto giallo. Buon 20mo Anniversario!
