06/08/2026: I've dined here several times and have always had a wonderful experience. Delicious local and traditional food made with top-quality ingredients, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and a magnificent view of Pisogne and Lake Iseo (even in winter thanks to the heated outdoor veranda)! Prices are always reasonable! (The wine list is amazing.)

04/08/2026: This is the third time we've returned to this restaurant over the years, precisely because we wanted to give it more than one chance. Lately, we've seen more modern and thoughtful social media advertising, but unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to our expectations. The view is truly splendid and is undoubtedly the restaurant's strong point. The service was also courteous and in keeping with the style of trattoria. Unfortunately, the food disappointed us. The mixed platter featured very thick-cut pancetta with a lot of rind, a salami that seemed rather commercial, mediocre giardiniera, and still-hard chestnuts in syrup. The herb tart was served to us reheated in the microwave, resulting in a soft, rather than fragrant, dish. The cheeses, however, were very good, as was the bread, although it didn't seem to be homemade. For our second course, we ordered the picanha, which was very tough and, in our opinion, sliced ​​the wrong way with respect to the grain of the meat, making it even less enjoyable to eat. The lamb, on the other hand, was well executed. The grilled vegetables were too raw and tough, while the roast potatoes tasted like they'd been pre-cooked and simply sautéed before serving. We're sorry to leave this review, especially since the setting is truly beautiful and the staff was friendly. However, after three attempts over the years, the quality of the food continues to be the restaurant's real weakness.

14/08/2026: Do not only look at the menu that has more to wish for, ask the waitress what is available. Good service and an beautiful spot. Easy to park your car 100m away from the restaurant. Not allowed to drive in on the street to the restaurant it self.

10/08/2026: The food, the ambience, and the service were a dream come true! We have been there for multiple days and ate different dishes such as sea food, pasta, and pizza and have to say that this restaurant was one of the best (if not the best) experiences we ever had - all the more reason to visit this place as often we could in our vacation - three times. You can sit outside (keep in mind to book a table on busy days) or inside in a fully air-conditioned environment that reminds of a wooden dock at a lake shore - but please keep in mind that this restaurant is not directly located at the shore, but very close to it. But, you have a good view nevertheless! The background music is not loud and not at all annoying - just the right volume. The service is incredible! The service is very focused on delivering an experience that leaves no wishes unfulfilled. They are very friendly (even in stressful situations), work very good as a team, and even if not everybody speak English, everybody is very committed to bridge this. In a matter of price, it really depends on what you want. The pizzas are cheaper products whereas sea food is (understandably) more expensive - but the portions are also big! However, this restaurant also surprises with a greeting from the kitchen - a small dish that already sets the stage on what to await - very delicious food. Overall, the price matches the quality of the food and it also seems that the kitchen is quite creative in creating dishes with very interesting and delicious tastes! 04/08/2026: I stopped for a business lunch. I must say the dishes were plentiful and the ingredients were very fresh. The pasta with grilled vegetables was excellent, something I'd personally never had before.

02/08/2026: The place looks typical and promising, but we arrived at 1:00 PM, and half the tables were clearly free and unreserved (and no one asked us if we'd reserved a table). The employee at the counter told us that "it's going to be tough," and she asked the kitchen if there were any availability, shaking her head in anticipation as if to suggest an answer, before confirming that, in fact, nothing could be done (and without giving us a shred of a reason, certainly unnecessary but appreciated). Finally, when I was leaving, I told my wife that we had to find another place, and I commented out loud that I don't understand when a place has half the tables free but says it's empty, just so a waiter who was passing by could hear me, who quickly waved me off. What can I say? Try it; maybe the staff will like you better, and they'll let you eat at their trattoria.
