Unfortunately, it wasn't that great. Looking at the other reviews, I expected the food quality to be better. The best part is the very low price for the quantity.

Very good food at a fair price. The atmosphere is dated but well-kept and clean. Excellent service. Today I had the business lunch menu, but next time I'll order à la carte because they have a lot of things that look excellent.

We had a truly wonderful time at Trattoria Caricatore. The dishes are authentic, carefully prepared, and respectful of tradition. We chose the spit-roasted meat, which was excellently cooked, preceded by a tasty appetizer and excellent casoncelli pasta for the first course. The restaurant is welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is also very convenient: in addition to a few spaces in front of the restaurant, there is a large dedicated parking lot just a few minutes' walk from the restaurant, easily reached in three or four minutes. A decidedly positive experience, which we recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy traditional dishes in a pleasant and well-organized environment.

A historic trattoria in Gussago, serving traditional Brescian cuisine. Spiedo (a spit-roasted meat) is the star. We also went for a business lunch. The dishes were excellent, including a truly delicious carbonara for the first course, roast goat with polenta, water, bread, and coffee. Cover charge was €14. Recommended

10/08/2026: If you want to have something special that’s the place to eat at Lago di Garda. Extraordinary dishes with focus on local and quality ingredients. Plus amazing choices of natural wine. The Service was absolutely lovely. See you next time!
25/07/2026: For our fifth anniversary, my wife and I went to eat at Il Pancetta. The atmosphere was superb, the hospitality fantastic, and the selection of top-notch ingredients was top-notch. Highly recommended!

08/08/2026: All good. We dined outdoors. The service was decent, as was everything else.
23/07/2026: The problem is that the menu doesn't list any prices, in violation of Article 77 of Regional Law No. 6 of February 2, 2010, which expressly states that: * the menu must also be displayed outside; * the price list must be available before ordering; * prices must be displayed clearly and easily understandable. But the food is delicious!
