Yesterday lunch with friends, everything was perfect with a trio of skewered first courses and dessert, five of us left full, happy and satisfied!!! praise to Mr. spit. I understand why so many people choose this place. Thanks we will be back

Il Caricatore is a typical Gussago restaurant. Starters consisting of platters of cold cuts and typical cheeses, with various jams and homemade Giardiniera. Casoncelli Bresciani with Butter and Sage, Casoncelli with Bagoss Stuffing, and Tagliatelle with Porcini Mushrooms. Spiedo De.Co. of Gussago, Sliced Beef with Arugula and Parmesan, Sliced with Balsamic Vinegar, Mixed Bresciana Grill. For the little ones Bimby Menu with Pasta with Tomato/SAUCE and Cutlet and French Fries. Water, Cellatica Superiore or Lugana Bianco House Wine. Desserts with Various trolley and coffee. Average price. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Overall good but not excellent, we were celebrating a birthday so the menu had already been decided, appetizers of cold cuts, cheeses accompanied by excellent jams were very much appreciated, fettuccine with porcini mushrooms I don't recommend them, tortellini with butter was better, the very salty skewer was a disappointment !!!

Spiedo al top, uno dei migliori mai mangiati: morbidissimo, non secco o asciutto, saporito. Dolci davvero eccellenti. Purtroppo locale rumorosissimo dove era praticamente impossibile udire ciò che diceva il commensale di fronte a me: capisco che quando si hanno tanti coperti ed il locale è pieno sia una cosa abbastanza normale, ma avrei preferito un ambiente meno chiassoso.
