08/04/2025: We went on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 for dinner. We were the only ones in the entire restaurant. We also felt a little guilty. For the first 5 minutes because Mario immediately put us at ease by explaining the history of the tavern, of its owners. He took us to the kitchen and explained the meats. Fresh flowers, very fresh, on all the tables. Many exceptional bottles of wine. It is a rich and well-kept environment. Very clean. We would have tried everything. Our choice was: - tongue and artichokes with a mustard cream RATING 10. Not slices of tongue but succulent and soft cubes. - figs marinated in Sauternes and stuffed with foie gras. RATING 100. It is not a preparation that they cook but comes from the meticulous research of the owner. - Marchigiana aged 69 days. RATING 100000. Very high level meat. - Pithiviers (we made the 3-hour journey attracted by this dish). RATING 100000. Tasty, rich, opulent dish. Very good. Will we return? Yes, of course. It is an inn with a precise identity and 100% coherence between what it communicates and what it offers. Lots of attention to wine. It is not just a showcase. Many labels also available by the glass. Last but not least, the SERVICE. The people we met gave a lot of value to our dinner. Special mention to the music. In short: perfect dinner for our wedding anniversary.

29/03/2025: Excellent dishes from appetizers to sublime desserts. Wide choice of meat and also some fish dishes. It's worth a tour among the excellent wine labels, especially from beyond the Alps.... Prices in line with the dishes

22/03/2025: Saturday business lunch at lunchtime, wide choice of courses, excellent and plentiful food, excellent service at reasonable prices. The place is beautiful surrounded by the countryside, the only negative note on the veranda is a strong and annoying echo.

08/03/2025: Enchanting location, encountered in passing during a weekend on the lake. Excellent food and the young waiters at the tables were kind and quick in service. The only flaw is the restaurant manager, who is grumpy with his collaborators and too intent on giving special consideration to the A-list clientele to the detriment of the other guests. Every guest deserves the same treatment, also because you never know who you might find yourself in front of 🤷

15/03/2025: Very well looked after location immersed in the heart of Franciacorta, internal parking and another parking area immediately outside, external dehors with tables and gazebo, view of the Franciacorta hills, various internal rooms based on the number of diners. Typically Brescian meat and seafood menu according to seasonality and requests and from the lake, zero km with local suppliers is preferred. Very well furnished, family run, very kind staff. Delicious dishes, takeaway available, I recommend booking.

10/04/2025: When they say that it is true, indeed very true. If you want to eat "really" good pizzas, call and book because places are limited. My wife and I ate a Quattro Stagioni pizza, traditional style, and a softer Regina pizza in the tall format; well both were delicious, of unique goodness. The lady is profoundly affable, as is her husband "I presume" who is skilled and very quick in preparing pizzas. Let them advise you and take advantage of their kindness: it's worth it! Rating 10 because 5 stars are not enough. "Guys, we'll come back to see you....."

26/03/2025: The pizza is super good, digestible and prepared with excellent ingredients. Kindness and courtesy of all the staff, very small place because it was created for takeaway so booking is necessary. Obviously in the summer it is better to order it and eat at home given the temperatures!
