The "Momenti" tasting menu was a top-notch experience: an excellent journey from appetizer to dessert, with truly commendable ingredients and technique.
Strengths:
Cuisine: Sublime and well-balanced dishes.
Service: Attentive, professional, and very natural staff, capable of putting guests at ease without excessive formality.
Setting: Very well-kept and welcoming interiors.
Construction notes:
The outdoor area could use a little more tidiness, and at the end of the dinner, we would have greatly appreciated the Chef's greeting at the table, a detail that always completes a tasting experience.
The price is absolutely fair and average for the offerings. Recommended!

The wait staff were kind and courteous. The food was truly delicious and beautifully presented. A glass of Franciacorta wine was delicious! The bread, focaccia, and breadsticks were delicious. We'll definitely be back!

The atmosphere is refined, the cuisine is top-notch, sublime dishes, and you can enjoy a seven-course menu without feeling overwhelmed. The cooking, flavors, and combinations are all truly excellent, and the coffee is a lovely touch. For the dishes on the menu, the price isn't at all pretentious. Unforgettable dishes.

What a wonderful evening! A top-class restaurant. Every dish perfectly balanced, made with locally sourced ingredients and spices, expertly prepared with great care and attention to detail. A glass of perfectly paired wine accompanied each course. The moment you look up, the staff is there to assist you. I have rarely eaten so well! Three of us came and tried one of the tasting menus. The menu was well-structured and balanced, both in terms of flavors and portions. In my opinion, it was truly excellent value for money. The service was also well-managed. Overall, a great experience.

Very good restaurant in Iseo. I've been back several times, especially for their desserts, which I'm a fan of.
The last time I went was for Christmas lunch; the menu was varied, and almost every dish stole my heart, except for a couple whose flavors were too "intense" for the palates at our table.
The only flaw I witnessed was two incidents that I didn't think were appropriate for the context; a waitress twice rudely reprimanded a colleague (a novice?) in front of us customers. It was avoidable. The girl was otherwise very polite, so even if she hadn't been perfect in her service, there were certainly other ways and places to reprimand her. All of this significantly ruined the experience: a shame.
