Great technique and intuition in the kitchen. The Lago menu is imaginative, well executed and very tasty, which beautifully reinterprets the Isean dishes and raw materials. The lake soup is particularly good and the salted char is absolutely superb. Personal opinion, I didn't appreciate the lake sardines: they move too far from the concept of "flavour" that I combine with the sardines from Lake Iseo; furthermore, the combination with the almond was almost like a "dessert" and the cooking of the sardine made it almost steamed. The citrus babà is fresh, joyful and balanced. The bread, focaccia and breadsticks are excellent. Attentive and discreet service. The wines are good.

Beautiful experience. Dishes really well thought out and obviously cooked. The wine accompaniment chosen by the talented Sommelier was equally pleasant and demonstrates the strong competence and professionalism of this young but motivated staff.

A sensorial and culinary journey proposed by the "'Intense Moments'" route, seven courses with the same number of matching glasses. The quality and research of each dish is noteworthy, but a special mention for the "Lucullus", "spring green" and for the salted char. In addition to the exquisite rose cake (small menu change agreed upon). Impeccable and attentive service from all the staff, including a young and promising sommelier, friendly and never intrusive, who definitely convinced us with her choices. The location inserts some iconic industrial design elements into a structure that still needs some specific improvements (the floor, the entrance, the bathroom - however clean and tidy) to be up to the culinary proposal. Fantastic restaurant in my opinion. Very few seats, about ten a few steps from the long Lake Iseo. A live cooking experience where the chef cooks just a few steps away from you in a completely open kitchen. The diners are very kind and very entertaining as well as attentive.

Excellent menu, spectacular desserts, elegant atmosphere and truly perfect service. Super informed about food intolerances and allergies: the chef made sure that the diner with allergies could really taste everything!

Che dire.....uno dei migliori ristoranti mai provati (e non sono pochi....). Tutto molto buono ed in particolare un risotto indimenticabile. Formula menu con vino forse un po' abbondante per una cena ma assolutamente consigliabile. Chef molto simpatico e cordiale. BRAVI !
