24/08/2024: This was such a delightful experience in a family-run winery full of passion and without a hint of feeling like mere tourists or customers! We started off by visiting the cellars with Ricardo who shared their history (family winery for 17 - seventeen - generations) and production processes with us, and who really took his time to answer all of our questions. Gabriella then took over for the wine tasting (really more of a feast): the wines were delicious, and they planned the tasting out according to our preferences and tastes. Being a group of mostly vegans, they offered us a scrumptious array of incredible vegan local dishes and their own produce to accompany the tasting. The entire experience was very personal, passionate, friendly, informative, and delicious - cannot recommend highly enough if you are passionate about wine, food, and hospitality!

The only objective flaws are the slowness of the kitchen (and there were few people) and the management of the pizzas. Let me explain: there are very few pizzas, and they also have many similarities (I, who cannot eat cherry tomatoes, found them in half the pizzas, and I honestly hate removing an element because the true flavor of that pizza itself is lost). 14/08/2024: Sono ripassato in uno dei posti che sta scalando la classifica dei miei locali preferiti. Faceva molto caldo ma il locale è perfettamente climatizzato per cui si stava molto bene. In questa seconda mia esperienza sono stato assegnato ad un tavolo un pò sfortunato, all'entrata della cucina, tra carrello dei bolliti e passaggio delle solerti cameriere. Ma tant'è...andrà meglio la prossima volta. Questa volta ho scelto lo spiedo alla Bresciana servito su un ottima polenta ed udite udite...io che non amo i dolci...un ottimo salame di cioccolato. Personale simpatico, veloce ed efficiente. Il titolare sempre alla plancia del carrello dei bolliti, dinamico, cordiale e dotato di semplicità. A presto sperando in un tavolino più confortevole

Chef Gianbattista is a very friendly and nice person but above all a top chef who cooks at low temperatures like a god. The staff is truly professional and attentive. Highly recommended to all those who are in the area to savor the highest quality products. Absolutely worth trying

11/08/2024: Local located in the countryside between Ghedi and Viadana di Calvisano. Pleasant environment with tables inside, equipped with air conditioning, and outside with ceiling fans distributed one per table (of fundamental importance given the very hot days). Excellent meats and menu with wide choice. Prices in line with what is consumed. Very kind and professional staff.

07/08/2024: A lunch break with kind, professional and super fast service. I ate a cold pasta with basil pesto and pine nuts and cherry tomatoes, excellent quality raw materials such as steamed green beans. The chard parcel is also excellent. The menu is daily, or rather I would say of the moment (some dishes change as they run out, demonstrating the supply of fresh raw materials) with a choice of three first courses, three second courses and three side dishes. Recommended for all vegetarians and non-vegetarians.
