The owners are so friendly and are always willing to have a chat during and after dinner. Excellent house wine. Prices very reasonable for the quality of the food and wine. An absolute must-visit.

30/01/2025: Junto al lago Guarda, en Sirmione, este restaurante económico y sabroso se encuentra junto a un hotel. No sólo las pizzas, sino también los platos del menú diario (niokis + cochinillo asado en el horno + tiramisú) eran más que deliciosos! Selección de vinos locales (Lugana) muy interesantes Servicio educado y precios muy razonables (hasta el nivel de ganga). Imperdible

10/02/2025: Siamo capitati al Burnec per pura casualità. Sin dalla telefonata in cui abbiamo chiamato per chiedere la disponibilità (era un po' tardi rispetto all'orario canonico del pranzo), siamo rimasti affascinati dalla gentilezza della ragazza che ci ha risposto. Una volta arrivati, questa gentilezza è stata confermata. Il personale è preparato e disponibilissimo ed il cibo davvero strepitoso. Dalla varietà dei piatti che raccontano il territorio, alla lista dei vini (abbiamo poi scelto di ordinare i vini di loro produzione che sono più che meritevoli di un assaggio). Sinceramente, avremmo voluto ordinare tutto (la lista era davvero intrigante) ma abbiamo optato per un buonissimo risotto al Franciacorta e poi la carne alla brace...tutto perfetto e buonissimo! Infine una menzione di onore per la selezione di grappe e di amari, una piacevolissima scoperta che anche in questo caso ci ha permesso di conoscere ancor più il territorio. Infine, un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Insomma, la bontà del cibo, la cortesia e preparazione del personale, la qualità delle materie prime e il racconto del territorio sono una combinazione perfetta e non possiamo che consigliare una sosta a chiunque si trovi in zona. Grazie davvero per la bella esperienza.

09/03/2025: Il posto è bellissimo e lo staff è davvero cordiale e disponibile (soprattutto nei confronti del nostro bambino). Per non parlare del cibo, decisamente superlativo! Vi do un consiglio, tenete lo spazio per il dolce!! Il gelato alla crema che ho mangiato oggi era forse il più buono che io abbia mai assaggiato! 🤤 Torneremo sicuramente!

09/03/2025: We arrived at the restaurant with high expectations after discovering that it had received Michelin recognition. The appetizer was fantastic, as was the welcome, but when I got to the first course I encountered a small inconvenience: I found a clearly visible plastic fillet among the gnocchi which I had to discard to prevent it from sticking back in my throat. Despite this, I wanted to finish the dish because it was really good. Once the dish was finished, I informed the waiter what had happened and he didn't even apologise, I was at least expecting an apology or for the head waiter to come. At the end of lunch, once we got to the cash register to pay, nothing was said about what had happened, a silent scene, not even a "how was your lunch?". In my opinion the waiter didn't report anything and both to me and my partner it seemed rude to remember everything. Since we were aware that the bill was quite substantial, we were very disappointed that there was no meeting point or small gesture that would make us understand the mistake straight away. The dishes are really good and the place is very nice, but what happened left a bit of a bad taste in the mouth.

23/02/2025: Dovevamo festeggiare il compleanno di mia mamma, ma avendo problemi di spostamento abbiamo deciso di prendere dei fritti misti da asporto. Un’ottima esperienza! Qualità indiscussa, porzioni abbondanti con cura dei dettagli come il pane misto ancora caldo e le salviette umidificate, tutto confezionato in porzioni singole e in scatole per il trasporto. Non ci resta che provare l’accoglienza al ristorante che sappiamo già sarà una garanzia

Of course, when you get home you have to put everything to wash, including your jacket, but... how many places do we frequent that leave us memories of such good flavors? Old forever!
