My boyfriend and I had dinner at Dispensa Franciacorta on Friday 29 March. Beautiful experience. We took the fried cod with crunchy black cabbage as an appetizer, a real pleasure for the palate. Then the garganelli with red mullet and the snapper fillet, both delicious. To finish we ordered a "trip around the sun", a dessert with white chocolate ice cream covered in mango jelly. Very good too. But the gem was our wine expert who recommended the right combinations of Franciacorta with our dishes. A very knowledgeable person who made our experience even more pleasant. Highly recommended

Ero curiosa di questo posticino e infatti diciamo che non ha deluso le aspettative. Adoro luoghi come Dispensa Franciacorta. Tanta scelta di bollicine che adoro, e menù particolare. Ovviamente i prezzi sono oltre la media per ciò che effettivamente si mangia, ma ne vale la pena. Provare per credere.

Sono rimasta entusiasta di questa enoteca - ristorante - wine bar che ha giustamente ricevuto tanti riconoscimenti nel corso degli anni. Innanzitutto, l'ambiente è confortevole, luminoso, pulito, con grande cucina a vista e circondati dai vini della Franciacorta. La qualità del cibo è riscontrabile immediatamente come, analogamente, quella del vino. Le proposte sono sfiziose ed originali, insomma, provare per credere!
