We had dinner and I must say we had a great time. Everything was delicious and the dishes were carefully prepared. Generous portions, good wine. The fireplace created a pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff. Recommended.

Beautiful farmhouse nestled in the countryside. Beautiful area. Good homemade pasta, specializing in meat. Highly recommended.

My family and I spent three nights at the Armea farmhouse, near Sirmione. Here's our review: Location ★★★ Too close to the highway and the train station. It's not the ideal place for those seeking silence. Even in the room, with the windows closed, you can hear the traffic and passing trains in the background. Location ★★★★★ The farmhouse is well-maintained and extremely well-maintained. Guests staying at the farmhouse have a separate parking lot, located further inside the farmhouse than those staying at the restaurant. A charging station is available, but only at certain times and with a limited kW load. In my opinion, there are too many dogs roaming around, both on the farm and among the guests. Restaurant ★★★★ Nothing to complain about: the menu isn't overly extensive, but every item is absolutely delicious. From appetizers to desserts, everything is truly excellent. The only flaw: the dessert portions are small for the price (€6 for three small pieces—not slices—of chocolate salami). Recommended: fried rabbit, burrata tortelli, and a cheese platter with homemade mustard. Service ★★★★ Everyone was very kind and helpful. The only downside was the head of the family (and owner), who sometimes had a somewhat brusque and impolite manner, making you feel uncomfortable if you drank more than one coffee or had an extra slice of cake during breakfast. Breakfast ★★★ Perhaps the least appreciated aspect. There were no brioches or croissants, but three types of cakes, presumably homemade. The dried fruit was stale and there were no replacements. Instead, there were two types of yogurt, milk, cereal, regular and sandwich bread, cooked ham, speck, cheese, and hard-boiled eggs. Room ★★★★ Spacious room with everything you need (air conditioning, hairdryer, bidet, hand, and shower towels, and a small table with a refrigerator on the terrace). The only flaw: the cleanliness of the floor. When I came in wearing socks (we usually don't wear shoes indoors), I had to change them immediately because they were full of dead skin, hair, and dust. We asked for a broom so we could clean the room ourselves. Pool ★★★★★ Very well-maintained and clean, with umbrellas and loungers available. Maximum depth 1.50 m.

An ideal agriturismo for a special occasion. The exterior is stunning, but the interior is also very beautiful. The menu features select ingredients and interesting dishes. The food is truly delicious. We also had a great time with the staff, who were friendly, polite, and helpful. If I had to find a small negative, it would be that when the room gets full, the noise can be quite intense, but it doesn't ruin the experience. I'll definitely be back!

We have been several times for lunch, we have always eaten very well, welcoming and very clean environment immersed in the greenery of the morainic hills, helpful staff, excellent lugana of their production. There is also a swimming pool!
