22/07/2025: It's always a pleasure every time we go to lunch with friends and family at dear Marilena's 😍 excellent cook and owner who makes you feel at home like a welcome guest. The appetizers are a must, and don't miss out on her delicious casoncelli!!! NB: Reservations are recommended.

19/07/2025: The road to this tavern is a single-lane, uphill road with limited parking. If another car approaches from the opposite direction, be patient and have a strong nerve. Be very careful if you have a large car. There's a parking lot for customers just outside the entrance. Unfortunately, we drove to no avail, despite trying to call several times. They only answer during the hours listed on Google. When we arrived, there was no space. Too bad, we'll try again.

Excellent meat and high-quality food. Excellent wine selection. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The chefs and grill staff are masters at preparing the raw ingredients. Highly recommended.

13/07/2025: It's a Sunday evening in July... yet the service is very fast, the pizzas are very good for all tastes... the small, family-style environment is very clean and welcoming... definitely worth a try

16/08/2025: I've been going to Byron for decades. The menu has slowly evolved over the years, but the atmosphere has remained virtually unchanged, which is very pleasant. Goldfish swim in the pizzas and canals run throughout the restaurant. Caged birds liven up some corners. The food is good, and the pizza is excellent. Wait times are always reasonable, and they also do takeout. The burgers are very good. I'll continue to go there for a long time.

19/07/2025: The food is pretty good, but unfortunately, they've been very disorganized when it comes to preparing orders for years... they don't take phone orders, so you have to go there and order and wait for them to prepare. The last few times, we've been told a 40-50 minute wait has increased to over an hour! For three slices of pizza, that seems absurd to me. Plus, with kids at home and a strict timetable, we can't afford to eat at 9 pm. It's a shame they've never bothered to fix this; obviously, we won't be returning.

12/07/2025: We often return to La Ruota di Selvino, we are really fond of this place. For us it is a point of reference: the (thick) pizza, from my humble point of view, is the best in the entire province of Bergamo. Even if the road to go up to Selvino is not exactly among our favorites, when you arrive and sit down to eat a pizza like this, it is truly a great satisfaction. I absolutely recommend the large slice: the pizza is stuffed to the max but remains very light. A delight. And it's not just the pizza! The restaurant is also very worth it: truly amazing appetizers and first courses, also cared for in the plating. You can see that there is passion in the kitchen.

20/07/2025: Sunday lunch with friends. We chose a mix of land and sea appetizers, excellent casoncelli, and a few second courses. Everyone was satisfied. Compliments to all the staff.

10/07/2025: We celebrated our wedding in this beautiful location on July 5, 2025, and I reluctantly didn't give the service any stars because it was terrible. Meanwhile, while we were doing the photo shoot, which lasted no more than 20 minutes, they were rushing us because they had to serve the tables. We paid to celebrate until 1:00 a.m. and they made us stop at 12:00 a.m. Then the courses were taken away from the tables after 10 minutes. Our guests complained. When organizing, we were told that there would also be encores, but of course. I'm sorry that people only think about business and not about the celebrations of those involved. It's a shame, I would have liked to have my child's first communion too.
