13/02/2026: I go there 3-4 times a year for business lunches. The casoncelli are a classic; I've eaten them elsewhere, but the ones from Diago are excellent and never come back, despite their well-seasoned flavors. The main courses are varied and always satisfying.
The service is prompt and friendly, and the lunchtime price is €15, excellent value.
The village is tiny but charming, between Pontida and the Adda River, and in the summer it's cool and delightful.

A very pleasant outdoor veranda in the summer, and an indoor fireplace in the winter!

I want to write a review because it's well deserved.
Superb welcome, passionate and very kind owner.
Excellent dishes, all of them, from starter to dessert. I've rarely eaten so well.
Beautiful place with a lovely atmosphere, clean and tidy.
Very kind and friendly waiters.
Only one small flaw: the portions are a bit small (especially considering the price). That's why I'm not giving it my all, but they're truly excellent!
