20/11/2025: A local landmark, a high-quality restaurant that knows how to delight its customers. The staff is exquisite and attentive. The appetizers are excellent, as are the main courses. We miss the first courses, their specialty, so...we have to come back.

08/11/2025: We ate well and spent a fair amount. Perhaps, for a business dinner, the dining room was a bit too noisy for the chatter of the other diners. Otherwise, it was fine, I recommend it.

29/11/2025: I found this place by chance. Small, clean, but welcoming. I found home-style cooking unlike any other, featuring top-quality ingredients. I highly recommend trying the ravioli, each one better than the last. I couldn't resist and also ordered the donkey stew, which was the bomb. Top!

16/11/2025: I found it by chance, and I must say I was very pleased: small but cozy place, very kind staff, amazing ravioli, excellent house wine, good value... what more could I ask for? We'll definitely be back (also to see the murals, which bad weather prevented me from admiring as I wanted).

18/03/2026: Everything was excellent. The staff was polite and fast, the shop was clean, modern and well lit, the food was very tasty and at reasonable prices. We really liked the spaghetti alla vongole as well as the pizza with mozzarella and eggplant! It is worth mentioning that because it was our daughter's birthday, the staff turned off the lights of the shop and put happy birthday on the shop's speakers, creating a festive atmosphere for the little one to cut her cake. Thank you very much!

16/03/2026: The hospitality wasn’t there as it has previously been. Portions were smaller than usual, and there was huge difference in customer service. I would skip the restaurant’s desserts.

30/12/2025: A small property with five rooms and two mini-apartments, and a restaurant on the ground floor. Meticulous attention to detail, even down to the smallest details. Clean and quiet rooms. The restaurant is interesting, serving traditional dishes and consistently delicious pizza.

13/02/2026: I go there 3-4 times a year for business lunches. The casoncelli are a classic; I've eaten them elsewhere, but the ones from Diago are excellent and never come back, despite their well-seasoned flavors. The main courses are varied and always satisfying. The service is prompt and friendly, and the lunchtime price is €15, excellent value. The village is tiny but charming, between Pontida and the Adda River, and in the summer it's cool and delightful.

31/01/2026: The retro/rustic flavor of a proper hosteroa! Homemade, delicious, and typical food from our region! A very pleasant outdoor veranda in the summer, and an indoor fireplace in the winter! If you want to be pampered, this is your place...😊

17/02/2026: My visit to Posto Al Sole Bar in Bergamo was very pleasant. I ordered a coffee and a croissant – both fresh, tasty, and well-priced. The coffee was aromatic, perfect for a leisurely morning, and the croissant was delicate and well-baked. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, allowing you to slow down and relax for a moment. It's a great place for a quick breakfast or a quick break during the day.

19/03/2026: I hadn't noticed the old review... since then it's rocketed to the top 3 in the Bergamo province (I don't have much experience outside of Bergamo, so I'm not commenting yet...). Anyway, the food is cooked with occasional improvements, in a way I've honestly never eaten in my life. It's EXCELLENT, whether you choose the fixed price or the all-you-can-eat menu. With the people I go with, we try to vary and try new places, but this restaurant remains the best to date. Another restaurant might be equal, but certainly not superior. TIP: Eat dessert without fear of spending money; the experience and your palate will make up for it. There's no pastry shop, even outside the province, that can match this, and I've seen quite a few of them, both in this region and elsewhere.

08/03/2026: It is a rare pleasure to experience a kitchen that operates with such assured craftsmanship. There is absolutely no cause for complaint regarding the quality of the food or the understated professionalism of the service. However, as brilliantly as the palate is pampered, the final bill is sobering. The facts of the calculation: For an arrangement of three pasta dishes and three meat and cheese platters, accompanied by only one mineral water and two glasses of wine, the total comes to 118 euros. The verdict: Pricing out of touch with the local area: Prices of this magnitude are to be expected in gastronomic hotspots like Milan's city center or in Switzerland. Here, however, there is no connection whatsoever to regional realities. The pricing policy seems misplaced and lacks any comprehensible basis. Discrepancy between price and portion size: While the quality is convincing, the quantity leaves much to be desired. The portions can by no means be described as generous. Satisfaction that is commensurate with the financial investment is lacking. Conclusion: Those willing to pay exorbitant prices for impeccable quality will find what they're looking for here. However, those seeking fair value for money will be disappointed by this ambition. An excellent kitchen that, unfortunately, sets itself apart from the competition due to its pricing.

31/01/2026: The owner is kind and helpful, the food is excellent, and the prices are fair—two first courses and a perfectly prepared Florentine steak. With wine and coffee, it's €100 for two. I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy Tuscan cuisine in the Bergamo area, but not to those looking for a "high-end" restaurant.

17/01/2026: We made our first return on Friday 2nd January, there were quite a few people but the queues were around 15 minutes long, unfortunately many of them were closed to the aquatic ones.
