26/04/2026: We had dinner for two. The tasting menu was very interesting. The atmosphere was elegant and the service impeccable, even from the two very professional young waiters. The initial amuse bouche was delicious. Menu: Starters: tuna tartare, scallops, then spaghetti with lemon cream and delicate shrimp, then sirloin, rabbit, and cod, very delicate yet flavorful. Dessert: white chocolate, mango, and lemon gel mousse. Coffee included: €80 each. A glass of sparkling wine each. I must say I was skeptical about the gourmet restaurant theme in Selvino. I immediately changed my mind and appreciated it. The dishes are beautifully plated, and the various ingredients pair perfectly, creating a unique interplay of textures and flavors. 28/04/2026: Ristorante della Salute is an authentic place. As soon as you enter, you're immersed in a unique atmosphere steeped in history, warm and welcoming, where time seems to have stood still. The cuisine doesn't follow current trends, but offers traditional dishes prepared with quality ingredients. You'll find tasty homemade first courses like casoncelli, gnocchi, and foiade with hare ragù. Delicious main courses include excellent braised meat, roast beef, shank, rabbit, and sirloin, accompanied by tasty taragna polenta. Finally, a dessert, always homemade, is a must, such as a delicious panna cotta served with blueberries. The added value is the family-run atmosphere, simplicity, and passion for their history. If you're looking for a place with soul, you've come to the right place.

29/04/2026: The food was very good, but I was a bit disappointed by the lack of vegetarian options. There was not a single main course that was vegetarian/vegan, only pizzas. Desserts were great!

19/04/2026: A tavern-like atmosphere, but with many elements that immediately make you understand that you're in a place with a lot of personality. The cured meat appetizers with vegetable accompaniments were excellent. The main courses were all appreciated by the diners, with portions that were even too generous. A special mention goes to the quality of the mushrooms, which was sensational. As for the wine pairing, you'll be amazed; it's worth it. Stefano went looking for bottles you'd never have thought of (and the pairing worked). If you really have to find something "negative," there was a hint of freshness.

20/03/2026: Simply spectacular gelato! 🍦 You can immediately taste it's artisanal: intense flavors, perfect creaminess, and quality ingredients. The pistachio is insane (seriously, it's addictive 😂), and even the fruit flavors are incredibly fresh and natural. The staff is friendly and fast, despite the frequent lines (a sign I'm not the only one to have discovered this place!). Fair prices for the quality, and generous portions—which never hurts 😏 If you're passing through Bergamo and don't stop here… you've made the wrong trip 😄

18/05/2026: We were there just last Saturday, May 16th. We had a truly wonderful time. The food was delicious, the atmosphere welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly! The wait staff made the evening even more enjoyable, remaining professional and courteous! The only flaw, if we were to say the least, was the wine selection and the dessert, which, for a Saturday night, were missing from the menu. Otherwise, everything was excellent! See you soon.

27/03/2026: A small place near the center of Bergamo for a good aperitivo, with plenty of food to go with your drink. There were about 30 of us for a birthday party, and the girl at the counter alone got us through in no time. Everything was delicious, I'd go back.

26/07/2025: By chance, I was looking for a restaurant near my house on Google Maps. This place came up, so we called, and luckily there was room. We arrived and were greeted by the waiters and a waitress who were friendly to say the least. As appetizers, the house specials included bubbly and schiacciata. We chose the gnocco fritto with cured meats and the tagliata steak from the menu. We were completely blown away by the food, everything was excellent, and the meat was truly top-notch. The dessert to finish was amazing. We'll be back soon, and my advice: go and eat there, you'll be delighted.
