23/08/2025: Lovely little restaurant with delicious bruschetta and lemon cheesecake (€7.50!!). Prices are quite inflated, and they even serve plastic spoons with the cake, which I absolutely hate.

02/09/2025: An imposing entrance. The entrée was served in the estate's welcoming courtyard, a reminder of times gone by. Dinner was served in a setting with enormous barrels surrounding the beautifully decorated tables. A vintage carriage (I'm not sure)—with its large fireplace—enhances the spacious room, exuding a sense of well-being. On the hills bordering Piacenza, a fine estate, expertly managed. The food was authentic and flavorful, beautifully plated and served by capable, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. The wine, white or red, was of a good standard and a symbol of the area. A well-organized and certainly satisfying banquet.

29/08/2025: The food is fantastic. Truly Italian, top-quality fresh pastas made tableside with fresh ingredients. I was very impressed by the skill of the staff and everyone's passion. It showed on your plate. A true gem; if you go here, you won't be disappointed. Make sure to book in advance, otherwise it's packed. We sat in the courtyard on a beautiful summer evening. Perfect.

29/08/2025: A must-see when visiting Lecco. A restaurant steeped in tradition, with exceptional service, Italian flair, and a passion for good food. We've been there twice, but it was the steak tartare, which is always prepared right at your table, and the ravioli with freshly grated truffle that absolutely stole my heart. Both times, we grabbed a table in the garden, just before dusk. It's atmospheric, delicious, and there's no unbearable feeling of overeating afterwards. We always felt taken care of and welcomed from the moment we booked until we left. We highly recommend it!

29/08/2025: Today at 8:56 PM we arrived to order three pizzas: the Quattro Stagioni, excellent, an 8; the stuffed calzone, an 8; and the prosciutto and mushrooms, a 9. The Ippolito family recommends Pizzeria il Borgo Antico, the best pizza in Garlate, Galbiate, Brivio, and Lecco... Pizzeria Borgo Antico Rating 7.5. DOMENICO IPPOLITO.

10/08/2025: Takeout pizza that you can also eat on site (recommended). Served without frills on a pizza box, you can stay in the shop or join one of the tables available a few steps away on the lake. The lady and her husband, a skilled pizza chef, are extremely kind and friendly. The prices are truly reasonable; what more can I say? If you're passing by and hungry, don't miss out on an excellent pizza. Last but not least, they sell excellent products like the Colatura di Cetara Delfino, one of the best.

24/06/2025: I spent ten days in this 3-star hotel for work reasons and the experience was truly excellent from every point of view. The structure is clean, tidy and well organized, ideal for those seeking tranquility and functionality during a prolonged stay. The room was comfortable, quiet and always well cared for by the staff. The service was always punctual and courteous, with great attention to the needs of the guests. As far as I'm concerned, the real strong point of the hotel is the restaurant: a real pearl that made every evening a special moment. The cuisine is surprising, with dishes taken care of in detail, fresh ingredients and combinations that were never banal. Each course was able to amaze me, thanks to the expert hand of the chef, who transmits passion and competence in every dish. Another aspect that I particularly appreciated is the underground cellar, well stocked and cared for, which offers a truly remarkable selection of wines. The staff is prepared and can recommend the right combinations, making the culinary experience even more complete. The restaurant added value to the stay, transforming a business trip into a pleasant and satisfying experience, with attentive service and a relaxing atmosphere. A special thanks goes to Chef Maurizio, for his professionalism, passion and care that he puts into every dish. He made every dinner a little show. I highly recommend this structure for both professional stays and moments of relaxation. I will definitely return.

24/08/2025: My daughter and I enjoyed the lovingly prepared, high-quality food. The service was courteous and professional. The pumpkin tortelli were excellent, as was the light and flavorful cod, cooked to perfection. The baked Mantuan pumpkin with Tropea onions was delicious, and the sbrisolona cake was excellent. We'll definitely be back!

24/08/2025: A friend from Parma recommended the place: impeccable decor, all wood and meticulous attention to detail, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service was extremely kind and attentive, always present but never intrusive. The staff even recommended where to buy fresh pasta: truly precious! We enjoyed dishes prepared with great care and love, with authentic and well-balanced flavors: pumpkin with caramelized onion, pumpkin ravioli... and the sbrisolona? Simply the best I've ever tasted! They offered us a freshly baked brownie with our coffee; I was in awe 🥰

01/08/2025: Great view - perfect AC for coworking on a hot day right across from Centrale - fast 100Mbps WiFi - Marriott points - fancy dog friendly - the best slightly crispy outside yet tender inside veal meatballs I’ve had in Milan (if you go in early afternoon right after lunch… they cook it fresh if you are one of the only customers - but the meatballs aren’t so great at dinner because they probably cook too many) - and if you’re lucky there’s a secret 0 proof menu and a waitress there who knows the secret recipes for healthy apricot kiwi smoothies!

07/09/2025: Staff were friendly and welcoming. We ordered grilled squid, chicken breast, spinach and grilled mixed vegetables. All cooked very well. We didn't get the welcome bread or the biscotti at the end. Lively atmosphere. Rustic restaurant.

06/09/2025: I was referred by the hotel where I was staying on a business trip. I was amazed by the speed of service, despite it being a Saturday night and a full restaurant. The owner is incredibly kind and is practically EVERYWHERE, welcoming customers, at the cash register, taking orders, all with an old-fashioned kindness. While I wait, I was served slices of white focaccia (also made by the owner), fresh from the wood-fired oven, and I drizzled them with some excellent chili pepper oil that was on the table. I ordered a single dish: sliced ​​beef and radicchio risotto; the meat was buttery, expertly cooked and piping hot even in the rosiest spots, and the risotto was fantastic. Truly exceeded all expectations. I complimented the owner, who deserved it. Congratulations!

15/08/2025: A perfect restaurant. We went here on the recommendation of the hotel where we were staying, and we have to say it was a great choice. The dishes we ordered—pasta, pizza, a selection of cheeses, and desserts—were all very good. The atmosphere was homey, and best of all, the service we received was super friendly and attentive. We would definitely return. Highly recommended.

07/09/2025: Wonderful and legendary jazz venue. I loved tonight's performance of "Incognito Presents Citrus Sun." Unlike the Blue Note in New York City Milan's version of Blue Note is much more spacious with great seats. I suggest to come early for the best seats. The food is good too and nice drink menu. Great merch store.

12/08/2025: UNPLEASANT SURPRISE - I've been a customer of this place for years. Yesterday, after a few months, I returned for an aperitif and discovered that the usual double platter had gone from €8 to €15, almost DOUBLE! I asked the staff for an explanation, but they simply told me that it's been increasing for a long time, without further details. It's absurd and inconceivable to increase the price of a dish by almost 100%! This is what I wrote a few days ago. Below are the 3 different responses.
