05/10/2025: We booked at Fratelli Torcinelli for a Sunday lunch and absolutely loved it! The food was delicious and the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. A good selection of wines by the bottle or glass. The fava bean and chicory appetizer and the zampina sausage for the main course are highly recommended! Definitely worth a try!

18/10/2025: The food was high-quality and really good, but they served us a dish incorrectly, and when they pointed it out (at least the waiter was honest), they charged us the same amount as we'd ordered. So far, so good. Honestly, I didn't like the atmosphere at all; it felt more like a cheap bar than an osteria. The host and the chef were running around (during business hours) with wine and spirits, which doesn't look good in front of customers, in my opinion. I'm also disappointed about the calculator bill, which didn't show the partial amounts with the discount applied on the receipt. Trust is good, but... I'm sorry, I won't be returning, especially since it's expensive (and it's called an osteria!). What a shame!!!

14/10/2025: The risottos are truly top-notch, but many other options are also worthy. The atmosphere is pleasantly old-fashioned, and the waiters are helpful and attentive.

05/10/2025: We enjoyed this restaurant so much the first time, we went back three nights later. The level of service was exceptional, the food outstanding, all in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. We especially enjoyed our carpaccio.

04/10/2025: Recommended by a friend. Lunch for the first time today. The atmosphere is simple but welcoming, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the food is top-notch. We've satisfied our craving for the bollito misto... fabulous. Next time, we'll try the roast meat cart. Price... very fair.

11/10/2025: We tried the excellent thin-crust pizza, with well-balanced ingredients. On another occasion, we also tried the kitchen, which offers meat dishes accompanied by polenta. Once a week, they also have themed dinners. We had a great time. The food was good, you feel at home. The manager is friendly and makes you feel at home. Kudos to the girl in the dining room, who was very nice, kind, and super professional! Well done.

21/10/2025: My partner and I booked the "Giovani Forchette" menu for lunch, €50 for five courses. It wasn't indicated that cover charge and bread weren't included, so we were charged an additional fee for these. Furthermore, one of the courses was a small pastry (in addition to the main dessert), a choice that seemed a bit clever. Final bill: 2 "Giovani Forchette" menus 50x2 + cover charge and bread 12 + water 12 + (a glass of champagne and a glass of classic method with a Venetian cicchetto) 25 + 14 = €163. Dishes tasted: Breadsticks with creamed cod as a cicchetto paired with the glass, rather unremarkable scallops au gratin, parmesan rice with licorice and meat stock, suckling pig with sweet and sour sauce, mascarpone ice cream with coffee granita, and small pastries. All the dishes were good, but only the rice with licorice really impressed me. The cod breadsticks were very greasy, and one of the cookies from the small bakery was undercooked—a minor detail, but you wouldn't expect it from a restaurant that aspires to a certain level (perhaps the lack of attention is due to the "budget" menu?). The service was the most disappointing aspect. The maître d' tried to be brilliant, but he made one gaffe after another, coming across as anything but courteous or welcoming: he couldn't open the cork on a sparkling wine, he brought me an already opened champagne instead of the one I requested, and in general he seemed very agitated. The other waiter wasn't any more precise: he didn't bring me bread (which I had to ask for), he poured water hastily, and when he had to explain two dishes, I couldn't understand him very well, both because of his low voice and his uncertain Italian. Even the stained placemat certainly didn't help the overall impression. In conclusion: We didn't eat badly, but we didn't have a memorable meal either. The unexpected costs and lackluster service left a bitter taste in our mouths. Perhaps the difference in treatment is due to the "Young Forks" menu? In any case, it shouldn't be.

15/09/2025: We went to Corte Barco for the beer festival, and were pleasantly surprised by the location, surrounded by greenery next to the Fontana forest. Excellent welcome and service. High-quality beer, and equally good food. Recommended. Don't forget to try the excellent house amaro, and thanks to William for the warm welcome.

13/10/2025: Menu choice: MOMENTS, good, balanced dishes, with the right amount of emphasis on pairings. BUT DON'T CHOOSE THE WINE GLASS PAIRING. We personally never choose it from a sommelier. Given the restaurant, we trusted the girl in the dining room, but she served us mediocre wines to say the least (two out of five were fine, one was €10 on the shelf). For goodness' sake, it's also our fault for not choosing from the menu. The service lacked some attention: the bread was good but cold, the explanation of the dishes lacked several ingredients. My friend, who's intolerant to porcini mushrooms, communicated this right away, but for the main course, they didn't serve anything in place of the mushrooms, just the meat... We can accept everything, but such a poor wine served to someone who demands extra attention from you, especially with the drinks, is a grave mistake. (Given the answer: AIS level 3 and a degree in food and wine, a wine is not mediocre because it costs €10, but the wine you served us was, in my subjective opinion)

04/10/2025: The food was excellent, and the place deserves four stars, but I'm giving it three because I didn't appreciate the way the head waiter addressed a young waitress. It wasn't a big deal, but the attitude seemed excessive and ruined the atmosphere a bit.

06/10/2025: We had dinner on Saturday evening in this small but welcoming place, as if we were at home. The staff and owner were very kind and helpful. The appetizers were rich and delicious, the meat was excellent and cooked to perfection, the choice of wines and desserts was excellent. The price was more than fair. I will return soon.

22/09/2025: A very nice place overlooking Lake Garda, overlooking the Forra road. The food is truly delicious. The lake fish meatballs and pasta dishes are excellent. I'll definitely be back.

21/10/2025: We had Sunday lunch at Il Tram restaurant in Sarnico, and the experience was simply perfect! The restaurant is elegant and meticulously designed, with a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The staff is friendly, attentive, and very professional, always available despite the restaurant being packed—I absolutely recommend booking in advance. We started with a magnificent, fresh, and beautifully presented trio of seafood appetizers. Next, the squid ink ravioli with shrimp were exquisite, with a perfect balance between the seafood flavors and the delicate texture of the pasta. The mushroom risotto was truly spectacular, creamy, and rich in aromas, while the tuna steak was out of this world: tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every dish was meticulously crafted, with top-quality ingredients and refined presentation. An unforgettable Sunday lunch, synonymous with flavor and quality. Il Tram is a restaurant that truly deserves its 5-star rating—highly recommended! 🍷🐟🍽️

18/10/2025: A few words, no photos because it's not appropriate to take photos in such a restaurant. This restaurant is in the center of Sarnico, and in my opinion, it's an upscale restaurant. We walked in without a reservation, and despite it being almost closing time (siesta), they found a seat for us. 1. Food: Short menu, mostly seafood. The dishes were sophisticated, like spaghetti with octopus, a nice combination of flavors. The portions were small but very nicely presented. 2. Service: Stiff, no smiles, didn't really want to speak English, and kind of ignored us (the Italians were served with more enthusiasm). Our head waiter was a blonde woman, and thanks to her for trying her best. Prices: You won't eat a full meal here; the only thing you can satisfy is the visual experience. Of course, you don't come to stuff yourself in an upscale restaurant, but the value for money is still exorbitant. In short: a fairly high-class restaurant, stiff, and sophisticated. We felt somehow strange there.

01/10/2025: Came on a friend’s recommendation and left satisfied. We did the Forest dinner tasting menu at 130 euros. I am gluten intolerant and they accommodated very well including a nice bread served warm. Aside from the mushroom amuse bouche the rest were good. My favorites dishes were the tempura and the hare which was a wonderful texture. The service was excellent and the chef also kindly came out to say hello. It was a nice cozy place with comfortable chairs and lighting where the table spacing makes it easy to have a conversation.

15/09/2025: Four of us had lunch at Feel Como this weekend, and it was a real highlight. From the outside, the restaurant appears very unobtrusive. You have to make a point of approaching it, otherwise it's easy to walk right past it. Inside, however, there's a pleasant surprise: a beautiful, quiet space, relaxed music, and an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The service was outstanding – attentive, professional, and warm. A big thank you to the maître d', who guided us through lunch with genuine hospitality. The food was outstanding. Creative, finely balanced, and tastefully considered. A little more salt would have been helpful in a few places, but that's really just nitpicking. The foie gras ravioli was my absolute highlight! I will definitely recommend the restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit to Como. It was a pleasure to be there. Many thanks to the entire team for this experience.

03/09/2025: We had our wedding reception at the LA MARINA restaurant in PONTIDA. The location is ENCHANTING, with meticulously maintained rooms and a traditional, family-friendly atmosphere. The absolutely top-quality cuisine is directly managed by the owners: the Valsecchi family (especially the delightful Mrs. Manuela and her mother), who have run the restaurant (now a resort) with love and dedication for generations, with the primary, and I would almost say sole, goal of satisfying their loyal clientele. In short, highly recommended, with an excellent quality-price ratio.
