18/01/2025: L’accoglienza è elegante ma non troppo formale, ci sono tutti gli elementi che caratterizzano un ristorante di alto livello (assaggio di benvenuto, carta dei vini completa, pane fatto in casa, servizio attento) ma al contempo c’è una gentilezza e una disponibilità che ti fanno sentire a casa. I piatti sono ricercati ma non eccessivi o concettuali, con una particolare attenzione al territorio. Incredibile il risotto. Prezzi giusti, anzi contenuti rispetto al livello dell’offerta. NB: Hanno di recente reintrodotto il menù, che ha un prezzo straordinariamente vantaggioso per la quantità e qualità dei piatti.
