26/10/2025: I was passing through and stopped at Panteria Franciacorta. What can I say... Everything was delicious. Excellent food, a harmonious atmosphere, impeccable service... I absolutely loved the fig puff pastry with goat's milk ice cream for dessert. I recommend it without hesitation.

The welcome was impeccable, orchestrated by a service that possesses the rare virtue of being present without ever being intrusive—waiters whose courtesy manifests itself in measured gestures and an encyclopedic knowledge of the day's specials. **The Mushroom and Elderflower Risotto** Before me, a risotto materialized that resembled an autumn palette: the grains of Carnaroli rice, perfectly creamed, released that velvety creaminess that only patient dedication to the kitchen can impart. The porcini mushrooms, sliced ​​generously, exuded forest floor aromas, while the delicate, almost evanescent floral notes of elderflower danced on the palate like an aromatic counterpoint of rare elegance. A dish that poetically narrates the region. **The Aged Cheeses and Cà del Bosco** Following this, two tastings of aged cheeses completed the narrative: the first, a medium-aged cheese with a firm texture and a nutty flavor; the second, bolder, with pronounced crystallization and almost piquant notes that challenged the palate. 02/11/2025: An excellent place. Refined cuisine with excellent ingredients. Very friendly, slightly formal service. The atmosphere is a bit modest, but the furnishings are understated and elegant. 13/10/2025: We made reservations for DeRos restaurant for 06-10-25 in mid July, confirmed by DeRos with a notice of fee for no-show shortly thereafter. On 6/10 we arrived to find the restaurant dark and opening hours revised to be closed on Monday's. No email, no reservation cancellation, no communication. Clearly not a 5 star, high class establishment - lacking the decency to notify a patron of change in operations and reservation revision.

11/11/2025: A solo business dinner during a business trip. The most delicious experience ever. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and just the right amount of intimate. The rice with grilled marrow was divine, perfectly executed and expertly balanced. The service topped off this idyll: Manuel, a true gentleman at the table, despite being very young. Highly recommended!

03/11/2025: An excellent osteria offering traditional Milanese and Lombard dishes. We tried both appetizers and first courses and the food was truly delicious. The quality and attention to detail are evident: excellent bread, salsa verde accompanying the homemade mondeghili, which are made with cooked meat. Attentive service and very reasonable prices considering the quality and price of the dishes. As a Milanese, highly recommended!

10/11/2025: An excellent seafood restaurant, as the name suggests. The fish was incredibly fresh and the waiters were very friendly. My partner and I tried scampi Algherese and sautéed octopus with artichokes for appetizers, both tender and delicate, yet very flavorful. Followed by spaghetti with red shrimp tartare and a mixed raw ham, both very good. The only flaw, but this is my personal opinion, is that I would have preferred the raw ham to be unseasoned. For dessert, seadas and grapefruit and Campari sorbet. Very fair price.
