The Sine of Milan undoubtedly falls into the second category. From the moment you cross the threshold, you perceive the welcoming and refined atmosphere, never pretentious, which perfectly reflects the philosophy of chef Roberto Di Pinto: haute cuisine without barriers, without excessive formalism, but with absolute excellence in every detail. The service is impeccable, attentive but never intrusive, with the staff accompanying each dish with passion and competence, explaining the story behind each creation. And this is exactly where the magic of Sine lies: each course tells something, a memory, a reinterpreted tradition, an innovative idea that surprises without ever betraying the essence of taste. We chose the “Sine Confini” tasting menu, letting ourselves be completely guided by the chef. Each dish was a crescendo of emotions: from the black fried pizza with bonito and courgettes, a perfect combination of flavors and textures, to the Neapolitan spaghetti revisited with sea urchins which literally left us speechless. The Neapolitan touch, revisited with creativity and impeccable technique, emerges in every bite, making you travel between tradition and modernity. A special ending with a furi menu, a lemon and saffron cake! for a perfect evening. The black forest revisited with 2 chocolates and blueberry….. Chef Roberto Di Pinto is not only a master of cuisine, but a teller of stories through flavors. His passion can be perceived in every dish, in the attention to detail and in the ability to surprise without ever overdoing it. Leaving the Sine, you have the feeling of having experienced something unique, an experience that remains imprinted in your memory. 09/03/2025: We went to this place last night for a very pleasant and surprising family dinner. Located in a beautiful panoramic setting, very friendly and helpful staff. A dish that I would like to recommend is the tomato paccheri with stracciatella cream, delicious😋 truly highly recommended place, top!!! We will be back soon

08/03/2025: Minibus timetable every 30 minutes until mid-April and was full both times. There is no sign saying it is only open from 7 p.m. It would be a shame if there was service instead of always having to be on your cell phone for a website that might be correct or even having to call someone abroad. A number of people wanted to have lunch in Brunate this Wednesday. We're not there yet, because those coming from there said it's closed. everyone then met you in the locanda.

26/01/2025: Elegante osteria che serve tanti piatti tipici della zona, piatti di pesce e pizze (deliziose alla vista). Noi ci siamo orientati più sulle pietanze tipiche e ci siamo trovati veramente bene: piatti abbondanti e gustosi! Consiglio il loro "cinghialetto"! Il servizio è attento e gentile. I prezzi sono in linea. Consiglio!

Youthful restaurant with an opening veranda, each table is arranged to enjoy an optimal view of the lake. Kind, non-invasive and prepared staff. Good dishes with noble raw materials. 14/03/2025: Nowadays, when I want a hamburger, I always and only go to the Garage. An extensive, quality omnivorous and vegan menu and you can't finish dinner without ordering one of their desserts, the presentation of which is very particular. Very nice environment and always friendly staff.

12/03/2025: Non conoscevo il ristorante ed ero piuttosto diffidente sapendo che si fanno anche matrimoni, cene aziendali ed altri eventi. Sono invece stato piacevolmente sorpreso sia dalla qualità dei cibi che dalla loro presentazione. Ho partecipato a due serate a tema trovandomi bene in entrambe le occasioni. Buona anche la combinazione e la scelta dei vini che accompagnano le varie portate. Ho infine trovato il conto adeguato ed onesto. La location è davvero bella ed il servizio é stato impeccabile. 08/03/2025: Wide choice of products (bread, breadsticks, pizza, biscuits, Venetian blinds, pastries, cakes) gluten-free (if you don't know it, you won't notice...) some even without butter and lactose. Excellent quality. As for the cafeteria, it is also possible to taste particular things (for example: ginseng hood with soy, almond or oat milk). Nice place, tidy and clean. Very friendly owners and staff.

09/03/2025: I often come here for dinner, really excellent dishes. There is nothing on the menu that isn't good. The delicious and plentiful cold cuts platter, the casoncelli alla Bresciana are homemade, the salmì of hare is really excellent. The meat leaves you speechless, accompanied by excellent local wine. The side potatoes are absolutely worth trying. The place has the appearance of a typical trattoria from times gone by, very particular. Highly recommended for both intimate dinners and with friends!!

Excellent raw materials (as it should be) unfortunately however being in a room, all tables of couples with a table of 20 people, pizzeria style, with screaming children compromises my evaluation. Even more so for two reasons: the first is that it happens often (in my experience) and the second is that in both times it happened to me the entrance room was empty and the table could have been organized there very well
