15/12/2025: We received a complimentary upgrade to a suite (with private access in the courtyard). There was a steam room in the shower, which felt wonderful in the evenings (we traveled in December). The staff is very kind and friendly. The breakfast was truly excellent by Italian standards. The selection was outstanding. Overall, the hotel has a very pleasant, chic, and modern ambiance. Highly recommended! The location is a bit out of the way, but there are two bus stops for line 19 within easy walking distance. This bus goes directly into the city center.

19/11/2025: We spent one night nearby in Menaggio. The hotel recommended this restaurant to us. We were also allowed to use the shuttle service (pick-up and drop-off to/from the hotel) free of charge. So we treated ourselves to two fantastic, different set menus, including drinks. It was a feast! There's nothing more to say – simply delicious. Right at the beginning, even before ordering, we were served fresh, warm bread straight from the oven. After dessert, we were presented with a whole bottle each of Thymicello and the house Amaro! We could drink as much as we wanted – free of charge. Seriously – where else do you find that? It's incredible. And yes, you can't drink the whole bottle – obviously, but that's not the point. The gesture and the trust shown are amazing! The service was also very friendly, efficient, and attentive, just like in a Michelin-starred restaurant! It couldn't have been better, and it didn't need to be. A definite recommendation.

30/10/2025: Passing through with friends, we enjoyed this restaurant and ordered the tasting menu, which was very generous. We had a wonderful meal; the food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the view of the lake was lovely. We highly recommend it.

11/12/2025: 7 stars if I could give them!!! This place has a genuinely warm soul, everything is full of vitality: from the very friendly and enthusiastic Luisa, to the beer, the structure, the carbonara!!! If you think you know what sincerity is, come in and then we'll talk again, probably over a beer, back there.

10/12/2025: Fantastic brewery with an excellent selection of beers and food, and knowledgeable and always helpful staff. Every time I pass through Milan, I stop here; it's become a must-visit.

20/11/2025: Everything was very nice, the beer and pizza were good, although a little pricey, and there was little privacy between the tables. Having a table 50 cm away from each other wasn't exactly ideal. Overall, the experience was good.

10/11/2025: The atmosphere is simple yet welcoming. There's a huge lawn that spills into the lake. We ate excellent cured meats and amazing tagliatelle with lake fish ragù. Compliments to the chef!

29/09/2025: Perfect restaurant. Courteous and welcoming owners. Absolutely top-quality food, the tagliolini with lake fish ragù are incredible. It was a delightful surprise, I'll definitely be back.

02/12/2025: After about seven years I returned to Livigno and unfortunately I am not at all satisfied with both Mottolina and Carosella. The slopes are absolutely not maintained during the day, perhaps all the slopes that are currently operating make snow (even though there is no need for snow there and they could rather make snow on those where there is no snow) so it is very unpleasant to ski on them and I saw several people get injured (e.g. at the finish line where there is a narrowing, they made snow all day). What fascinates me the most is that they have the cannons on all day even when the wind blows the snow off the slopes. Even though there is enough snow on some slopes, the lifts do not open. I would not expect that from such a ski resort. Overall, a disappointment and given the high prices, I have absolutely no reason to return here.

21/10/2025: Delicious food, a unique atmosphere, and an owner who makes you smile – that's the perfect way to describe our stay at Al Borgo Antico. We ordered three pizzas and didn't have to wait long. After just a few minutes, the appetizers arrived – olives and focaccia – and the pizza arrived in a maximum of 8 minutes. Finally, when we were completely stuffed, the owner offered us some porchetta and focaccia. Curtain. 👌🏻 A great experience – a friendly, family-like atmosphere and food that makes your stay in Italy even more unforgettable. ❤️

08/12/2025: I'd like to take the time to review this restaurant. I personally love it, starting with the service, which is always elegant, polite, and impeccable, not to mention the food, which I find truly excellent. Given the quality it offers, it's no surprise that reservations are required.

25/11/2025: I went to this place over the weekend and I have to say it deserves 5 stars for everything, starting with the quality of the ingredients used. I hadn't eaten pizza in years because I couldn't digest it, but here I found the yeast to be truly amazing, light and very digestible. The cleanliness and service were also excellent. I was served by a very knowledgeable and friendly girl. The price was top-notch; we had dinner for 2 for €54... unmatched in Milan. I'll be back soon.
