10/08/2024: At dinner on the weekend, two adults and a 2 year old (who didn't touch the food, perhaps the only one who understood). Starter for 2 could also be fine, generous portions with fried gnocco, cured meats, giardiniera, the classic but nothing special.
But at the moment of the firsts a tragedy! Mushroom risotto clearly made with ready-made cream, obscene! Pisarei uncommentable, without sauce and with pieces of boiled chicken! Obscene! Furthermore, in both of the first courses you could only taste the salt!
We add a bottle of water, half a liter of house red wine and 2 coffees, €83!!!! Truly a shame!
14/07/2024: Really all very good.
The fried cake or fried gnocco is superlative, light, doesn't bloat you at all, served with Piacenza cold cuts, gorgo, giardiniera and crescenza, what can I say if you've eaten that you'd already be fine.
We wanted to try the fried fish and the mixed fried fish, even the one cooked over the top, well done Perse!!!!
The portions are so generous that you can't eat it all and they will kindly package it for you to take away if you want.
10 and praise.
My wish was to meet chef Persegani and it was fully granted since in addition to passing by the tables to ask if everything was okay, he also offered to greet anyone who wanted to take photos without having to worry at all.
Daniele Persegani's friendliness and simplicity is not only in front of the camera but also in person, here too a 10 and praise.
However all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Also, one thing they appreciated, they advise you to go slowly with your orders given the large portions and that's not for everyone.
Congratulations to the Persegani family, Daniele and his sister because they deserve it.

12/07/2024: Stavolta (la terza) grande delusione soprattutto per il servizio freddo e distaccato senza alcuna empatia, e con incidente (bottiglia rovesciata sul tavolo e calice rotto dalla cameriera).
A livello del personale di sala secondo me c'è stato un peggioramento. Ma poteva anche essere una serata no. Può succedere.
Ma da un locale "di livello" non te lo aspetteresti mai.....
A parte alcuni piatti che non ci hanno convinto (eravamo in 4), ma diciamo pure frutto di nostre scelte avventate o non ponderate..... Chissà se mi verrà mai voglia di riprovarci.....

The problem with this place is:
A) the service... it would be enough to hire a few more waiters to improve
B) the manager… rude and rude.

Nothing to say, both times were nothing short of TOP experiences:
- Friendly service and AMAZING waiters! All young, but despite their age they are very helpful and kind, quick and know how to deal with customers (even foreigners).
- Excellent quality food at an absolutely reasonable price.
- Nice environment, shame about the absence of Zampironi/systems against insects in the table area outside the restaurant.
Absolutely one of the best pizzerias in all of Piacenza and the entire province. I will definitely be back next month.
Really highly recommended!

13/08/2024: I was there because my friend celebrated his birthday and agreed on a menu made up of appetizers and a trio of first courses. The appetizers were made of 4 small plates of cured meats to be shared by 8 people. It was literally one slice each (embarrassing), 4 mini tartares always to be shared with a fennel salad. The first courses were Tortelli with butter and sage (very good), white pisarei with bacon and caramelized grapes (a dish that not everyone liked) and Tagliatelle again with bacon, lemon and amaretti. They were so dry that we left almost all of them. From the dinner I only save the wine which was very good and the tartare from the starter. The service was very slow despite the few tables. 45 minutes passed from one meal to the next... the location is beautiful and it was great with the fresh air that was there. But we were there to eat, not for the place. Prices too high for what we ate.

26/08/2024: Nice pub with lots of choice, we've already been there twice, once for an aperitif and once for dinner.
The cocktails with samples of pizza, focaccia, cured meats and cheese are good, we also ordered a couple of appetizers from there and I'm in love with the nachos with pulled pork.
At dinner I tried the fish & chips which wasn't bad at all, a friend of mine had ribs which she declared 'incredible' and a friend of mine had a burger which she really liked
07/07/2024: Super top sandwiches!!!! Very good beer both on tap and in the bottled novelties that are always offered. Clean toilets.
Music is also a good side dish! Well done

30/07/2024: Compleanno di mia moglie optiamo per questa osteria nel Piacentino. Prenotiamo e via subito 130 km perché viviamo a Milano. E sono stati i 130 km più belli e soddisfacenti che abbia mai fatto. Iniziamo con i salumi e gnocco fritto buonissimi si scioglievano in bocca. Abbiamo ordinato 2 primi piatti uno caramelle ricotta spinaci burro salvia e funghi e l altro al ragù eccellenti tutti e due e per secondo abbiamo diviso una tagliata con patate perché eravamo pienissimi. Ma per il dolce un piccolo spazio c’è sempre e infatti abbiamo fatto la scelta giusta ad ordinare sia le crostate fatte da loro che la crema al mascarpone con la sbrisolona sopra. Tutto buonissimo ed eccellente qualità prezzo ottimi e personale gentilissimo.
