21/10/2025: Sunday 19/10/2025 with a reservation at 12.30 with my family I went to this restaurant we placed the order to a rude lady who was unable to advise us at 1.45 pm we still had not received what we ordered apart from water and wine and some bread we decided to leave the restaurant the owner did not find the slightest embarrassment terrible experience as well as the staff.

13/10/2025: Yesterday (Sunday) my boyfriend and I woke up very slowly. But I already had lunch half-baked. But no, we looked at each other and said...we already know it's going to be a very complicated week, and we'll definitely argue about it. Let's go to Betta's. At 1:40 PM we tried to get in touch with them. But obviously no one answered. They were packed, and there was a line of people trying to ask for a table...and they...they were amazing, trying to please everyone...those present...those looking for a seat...those who wanted to chat at the table...those who had to pay...everyone...no one excluded...trying to make Sunday as pleasant as possible for everyone despite the chaos (which for them I think you could call madness). We sat there in our little corner, trying to be as inconvenienced as possible. Local newspaper...phone...a chat...we knew we were sitting in a trattoria. At the very peak time Well Both us and the tables around us were served at the speed of light... absolutely unexpected speed... with kindness, cordiality, and irony... nothing was missing Let's not even talk about the deliciousness!!!! Inexplicable tortelli Shiny and out-of-this-world cured meats And everything along the lines Dear Betta and Marino (and the old guard to whom I take my hat) I think you're on the right track Thank you for allowing us to have lunch with you... and to be able to enjoy a real trattoria lunch This week will be tough anyway But...... 27/09/2025: Delicious food, amazing smell, and super stringy, delicious mozzarella. The waiters were super helpful, kind, and fast. They seated me right away and only came to take my order after about five minutes. The atmosphere was very nice and welcoming. I'll definitely be back and recommend everyone to go.

08/08/2025: If you want to eat excellent fish in the Piacenza area, cooked to perfection, Mamma is a must-visit: the fried and grilled dishes are superb. We haven't tried the scialatielli in crosta yet, but they look and smell inviting. Prompt service, good value.

27/09/2025: It's become a must-try when we're in the area. We've been satisfied with every dish we've tried, but our favorites are the bortellina with cured meats and the crema catalana, which are supreme. The owners and staff are kind and efficient.

22/07/2025: E' sempre un gran piacere tornare al Barca, innanzitutto per la gentilezza e la professionalità del proprietario e del personale di sala (manca molto la signora che abitualmente accoglieva la clientela e gestiva il carrello dei bolliti, alla quale va il nostro caro ricordo). E' sempre un gran piacere inoltre degustare i salumi e i primi piatti della tradizione piacentina e i bolliti misti che oggi, però, non abbiamo ordinato a causa del caldo. Rimedieremo in autunno! Ampia scelta di dolci. Buon vino, un gutturnio della casa e prezzo adeguato alla qualità dei prodotti offerti. I nostri complimenti, come sempre!

19/07/2025: Cena in coppia in questo ristorante. è stata una piacevole esperienza Cibo eccellente, preparato con materie prime di ottima qualità che esaltano ogni piatto. Sapori autentici e ben bilanciati, che dimostrano grande attenzione nella scelta degli ingredienti e nella preparazione. Anche il servizio è stato impeccabile: il personale è cortese, disponibile e molto attento, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con discrezione. Prezzi onesti per un’esperienza culinaria di livello. Consigliatissimo

30/08/2025: Under new management for a couple of years now, stellar appetizers, first courses as well, good main courses, and superb desserts. Very friendly and helpful service. Excellent experience.

25/08/2025: A wonderful experience, the first courses were delicious, and the lemon tortelli were excellent. Prices were more than fair. Service was fast, friendly, and professional. My only complaint is that the restaurant's redesign has meant it has lost some of its unique character.

28/05/2025: A fabulous location for a stopover or a longer stay to explore the region. A peaceful establishment surrounded by nature, with beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and beautifully decorated rooms. The restaurant is also worth a visit, serving traditional cuisine made with fresh, local produce. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend this place.

28/05/2025: Hébergement fabuleux pour une étape ou un séjour pour découvrir la région. Chambres très confortables et décorées avec soin, excellente cuisine traditionnelle avec des produits locaux de qualité. Établissement très calme en pleine nature. Les propriétaires et le personnel sont hyper accueillants et aimables, toujours prêts à rendre service. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.

01/10/2025: Nice room, quite small though. The bed was comfortable, except from the plastic covering of the mattress. Shouldnt be there, concidering the price of the room! Every time guests on the upper floors flushed their toiletts, it sounded as if somebody would slam a wet pizza on the floor of my room. At first I was startled each time. And it woke me up at night. And the water of the showers sounded like small waterfalls running trough my room....... well....very annoying.

10/09/2025: The location is excellent, the rooms are nice, but quite noisy. The parking situation is disastrous. The advertised secure parking is surprisingly not available to everyone. We spent almost an hour searching for a parking space (completely exhausted after an already long drive) and only found one far away because all the spaces were full. Therefore, the information provided is incorrect. The gentleman at the reception who informed us of this was rather impatient and condescending.

11/10/2025: Authentic, simple, yet delicious food made with seasonal ingredients, family-run so you feel right at home! The restaurant is located at almost a thousand meters above sea level on the border between Parma and Piacenza. Nature reigns supreme!

19/09/2025: I was surprised by the place; it's charming, especially with its historic ceiling and staircase. Perhaps the decor could use a refresh, but what really matters is the food: out of this world, you can taste the quality, perfectly cooked, and absolutely mouthwatering! The prices are more than fair (€30 for two, including two first courses and a second course) and the portions are generous. I'll definitely be back!

11/09/2025: A must-try, the owner is friendly, and the chef, Simone, is top-notch. Traditional and local dishes with innovative twists. The wild boar with chickpea hummus is spectacular, along with fried porcini mushrooms with a wild garlic sauce. And to finish, the must made with una frambors... it evokes all the flavors and memories of childhood. You have to go and try it. It's worth it at least once, and there's plenty of space between tables. It's also suitable for parties.
