07/07/2026: A lovely surprise on the road connecting Val Luretta to Mezzano Scotti. The terrace overlooking the Trebbia Valley is stunning. We ate well (typical Piacenza dishes), and the service was very fast. I recommend booking on weekends; we barely found a spot for two.

05/05/2026: We stayed at this property while hiking the Via degli Abati. It's located at the end of the third stage, right on the route in the center of town, making it very convenient. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was a classic international sweet and savory dish. Dinner is available at the hotel restaurant, but it's closed on Mondays (we were properly informed upon arrival). However, there are plenty of nearby restaurants/pizzerias/restaurants where you can eat. Booking was easy by phone.

02/07/2026: We were passing through on a motorcycle ride and stopped for dinner: a truly pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and very kind, welcoming from the first moment. We ate wonderfully, with carefully prepared, high-quality dishes. A truly enjoyable evening, recommended to those seeking good food and genuine hospitality.

14/06/2026: A charming farmhouse nestled in the countryside, with a charming stone exterior and outdoor terrace. The waiters are attentive and very friendly. The cured meats and fried gnocco are excellent, and the braised beef cheek with mashed potatoes and strawberry cheesecake is delicious. Excellent value. A 30-minute walk through the woods takes you to the very picturesque waterfalls.
14/06/2026: After a lovely morning by the river, we opted for this farmhouse restaurant, given the positive reviews. We didn't regret it!! The staff were polite and very friendly, the tables were beautifully presented (we were outside on the terrace, with a beautiful view), and the food was truly delicious! The gnocco fritto was truly a cloud (without being heavy or cloying), the macaroni alla Bobbiese with stracotto was DELICIOUS (do yourself a favor and try it), the light and flavorful porchettato beef, and finally the fig and walnut tart. Getting there requires climbing a slightly steep hill, but it's worth it!

25/04/2026: I came to eat here with friends who had already been to this restaurant, which is located in a hotel. The place is beautiful and very quiet. It's also great for skiing, due to its location. A bit far from where I live, but it was worth it. My first impression upon entering was one of astonishment. Truly beautiful. I was also satisfied with the lunch. Everything was very good. There's no real menu. We ate whatever was available at the time. On the advice of the owner (very friendly and welcoming), we had various appetizers, a trio of first courses, a trio of second courses, dessert, coffee, and a liqueur. Everything was truly delicious. Recommended!

21/04/2026: Miriam, the hostess, and her daughter and son-in-law will pamper you in their splendid, antique rooms, tastefully furnished in a vintage style. The wine bar is also top-notch. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended for motorcyclists, too; there's plenty of on-site parking right next to the rooms and wine bar.

02/07/2026: Found at the recommendation of a local (weekday lunch, with most restaurants closed), the advice was spot on!
Although it looks more like a bar and is slightly outside the historic center, the kitchen is very sophisticated, with great traditional dishes all prepared in-house.
The platter of delicious fried gnocco is excellent; the first course is macaroni alla bobbiese and tortelli piacentini with galactic oxtail; the second course is incredibly tender roast pork neck in wine. To finish, the sbrisolona with zabaglione is impeccable.
The price is fair for the quality of the ingredients and the execution of the dishes!

10/05/2026: I went to the restaurant with other people. I had a truly wonderful meal: the cured meats and green pine nuts were excellent. The host and owner is incredibly kind and delicious, a rare treat these days, not just among restaurateurs. Without ever being intrusive, he welcomed us warmly and always offered advice. The price was reasonable and the view breathtaking, it's definitely worth it. The only downside: the road to get there isn't exactly easy, especially if you have a large car, but it's worth it, and the "bad" stretch of road is short anyway.
09/05/2026: Good, I liked it. I think if it were €10 less (€50 instead of €60) I would have given it 5 stars. There's a nice terrace and hammock, and the staff is friendly.

08/05/2026: I went here on the recommendation of local friends for both lunch and pizza. Both times I had a great time. It's no coincidence that lunchtime is crowded...the thin, crispy pizza is delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful, which never hurts. A special mention: FINALLY A DOG-FREE PLACE!!! Kudos to the owners for this choice.

04/06/2026: I went with my family and we had a wonderful experience. We celebrated my sister's birthday and they kindly gave us a complimentary panna cotta, a gesture we greatly appreciated. The food was also spectacular; every dish was delicious. It's definitely a place I highly recommend.
