This restaurant is insane! I've lived in the Piacenza area for 35 years, and I can finally say I've found my favorite restaurant! It's hard to describe the feeling you get when you walk into Bel Respiro. You immediately feel like you're part of their family. The food is refined and impeccable, centered around a wood-fired oven and grill, using recycled ingredients. I ate breasts for the first time, and they were a surprise. You leave the restaurant with new friends and a second family.
