Beautiful experience! Very good dishes. A place specializing above all in stuffed pasta starters and... it makes them really well. Fabulous tortelloni and tortellini, truly courteous hospitality and service in the room. Very kind and competent waiters. The gift of an Easter egg on each table is nice. Considering the day (Easter) and the "packed" place, the timing was excellent, less than 2 hours from when we entered to the final bill!! Absolutely coming back!! Well done, keep it up!!

Very good food, although I don't particularly like fried dumplings. Very good cured meats and sausages with giardiniera. Recommendation for work lunch.

Tradizione tanta ma non solo. Menù ampio con anche delle reinterpretazioni. Prezzo super onesti e grande organizzazione. Davvero tutto top

Welcomed by a fruit aperitif, tasting of a tasty cream basket, the tasting menu is really worth trying. Consisting of two courses with each a dish made up of three samples of tortelli with the waiter indicating the ideal order to follow to fully appreciate the flavour. Also really good is fried gnocco and tigelle with mixed cured meats. Wine list ok. Dessert with Barozzi cake ("the real one" as the menu says) and mascarpone, super. Impeccable and attentive service. Really good

A really pleasant place, really competent and friendly staff. Excellent quality food. They immediately make you feel like a welcome guest, with a glass of wine to savor while waiting for the courses. Obviously their specialty is tortelli. Prepared and seasoned in various ways. But they also deserve some starters and main courses. Slightly disappointed by the desserts.

Wonderful experience, very nice and welcoming place, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I recommend tasting the truly special and delicious tortelli. We will be back soon to try more, the menu is very interesting. Well done

Arrivo senza prenotare un martedì sera credendo di trovare posto ma aimè tutto prenotato. Il cameriere si adopera immediatamente per trovare una soluzione ed in pochissimo tempo mi trova un tavolo . Bravo. Per la cena i classici affettati con gnocco fritto e tigella si sono rivelati eccezionali , forse un po' elevato il conto , ma tutti veramente Bravi

04/03/2024: Locale specializzato in carne. Menu articolato nella lettura e con poca scelta di piatti sia negli antipasti che nei secondi Non ci sono primi piatti e l'idea la trovo giustissima per apprezzare di piu la carne...ma proprio per questo avrei voluto trovare una piu ampia proposta
28/02/2024: I was looking for a meat restaurant in the center of Modena and everyone recommended Officine della Senape to me. The room is furnished in a simple, modern way. Refined, but not excessively. Very friendly and non-insistent staff. Rich menu, you'll be spoiled for choice. After a taste of the tomato soup offered, I decided to try a tartare with shank and saffron rice wafer, truly special! Great! Followed by CBT beef (55 degrees), very tender, perfectly cooked. Deliberately bitter condiments. Glass of sangiovese and water. Bill: €51, price ok!
