07/12/2025: Bologna is becoming increasingly unlivable, and unfortunately this bar is just another example. Low-quality hot chocolate, Earl Grey tea, and three biscuits, for a total of €14. You decide.

Excellent service.
They served cappuccino and coffee, even with a glass of water.

11/10/2025: They have a completely fake home delivery service. I placed an order and then they called me back saying I was far away... in Bologna... they decide which deliveries to make and which not. Absurd. Furthermore, they caused an inconvenience to the customer by canceling the order almost an hour after placing the order. This isn't how you work. They're not fair. I won't be returning.
10/09/2025: Tortellini were undercooked and barely edible, the beer was warm, and despite choosing some items to receive a free gift, I received nothing, the single-serving cheese smelled like feet. The lady I spoke to even laughed in my face when I mentioned the smell coming from the cheese. The only positives were the desserts, but I'm not sure they were homemade. Highly not recommended.

07/06/2025: I ordered a takeaway shovel. It arrived on time but the delivery man showed up without change asking me €28 for a shovel with half potatoes and sausage and courgette flowers. He also didn't have the receipt with him, he tried to call the pizzeria and ask for a different price than the one imposed by the pizzeria. Instead of €10 as written on the menu he asked me €18.

03/10/2025: Every year I go to Bologna and buy tortellini in this shop. The quality, goodness and kindness are super typical of true Bolognese people.
29/09/2025: Sadly the truffle tortellini tasted really sour and did not have - to us - a typical truffle taste. We have not tried them before, so not sure how they are supposed to taste, but we definitely did not enjoy them.

10/11/2025: The attitude of the lady with short blonde hair was truly unacceptable, she started making tasteless jokes for no reason, rude.
10/11/2025: If I could give a -1 rating to the service, I would. The blonde lady with glasses at the bar teases me for nothing after I simply ordered two coffees because I forgot my badge and my friend had it. She then adds, "Oh well, my mom pays anyway," assuming I'm a kept woman. Horrible.

19/04/2025: Il posto non accetta prenotazioni quindi è difficile trovare posto, il servizio è lento e i piatti tipici non dei migliori, i tortellini in brodo che ho ordinato erano troppo salati e poco cotti.
il servizio è stato lento abbiamo aspettato 40min, il personale poco cordiale.

19/04/2025: Primi piatti buoni ma sicuramente non eccellenti. Gnocco fritto farcito rimasto un po' indietro di cottura e molto deludente. Tempi di attesa lunghissimi (30/40 min per ricevere i primi). Apprezzato il gesto di offrirci mezzo lt di vino della casa per scusarsi dell'attesa. Conto finale di 35 euro per 1 acqua, 2 primi, 1 gnocco fritto farcito e 2 caffè.

02/12/2025: The good thing is that the pizza is still very good, with prices that are affordable for students. The main problem, however, is the rudeness and discourtesy towards customers. They're truly disrespectful, and you even get reprimanded while waiting for your pizza. You stand outside and they tell you not to block the way, you stand inside and they send you outside. You stand to the side and they complain because they say we don't allow anyone else to pass. Excuse me, where am I supposed to wait? In the middle of the street?

09/12/2025: I'll start by saying that the food is good, but the service needs a complete overhaul...
The waiters were annoyed, but above all, very disorganized...
Long waits, even though it was 2:30 PM and the place was empty...
They wanted to bring us coffee, but we were still waiting for the entrees, which they then forgot about :/
Maybe there's a lack of communication.

08/02/2025: February, cold room. The heating is completely off, but the room is heated by the air conditioning. The TV doesn't work at all. A mystery. And I think I'll get a reprimand from the manager, surely my fault, as I don't understand how the world works, and the hotel industry in particular. I'll improve.

14/09/2025: Very good pizza! Don‘t let other reviews fool you. Pizza took 10-15 minutes and was the best we had since some time. Ideal pizza thickness and ingredients. Service was good and the ambience outside ind the small „garden“ is great! (inside the light is a bit too bright and cold, so try to get a place outside) Prices are also fair and not too expensive for what you get.
14/09/2025: Today we ordered diavola, piccante and cilentana. The Service was very helpful and was answering all of our questions. The pizza was delivered quickly, within 15 minutes and all of them were very delicious. A lot of ingredients were at the top of the pizza. The thickness was not too thick.
I can only recommend it.
