20/10/2025: Absolutely shameful... I'm talking about dinner time. My daughter and my granddaughter were there, and they arrived shortly after. I urged the cashier twice to order a marinara so the little girl could eat right away (the pizzeria was very busy). I asked the waiter again for the recommendation to order the marinara first. Unfortunately, the wait was long, even though, I repeat, there were very few people in the pizzeria. And despite the recommendation to order the famous marinara right away, my daughter's pizza arrived, and the little girl's pizza took 10 minutes. Meanwhile, she was showing signs of fatigue, so she ate practically nothing, and her pizza arrived completely burnt, while ours were practically undercooked. Apologies were made, but the little girl's pizza was charged for. This is a scandalous place, highly inadvisable.

16/09/2025: The summer part is very pleasant, the staff are very kind... but the kitchen probably isn't big enough to handle the influx of customers, creating quite long wait times... It's a shame because there is potential, but when you wait 50 minutes for a couple of hamburgers I think it's a bit excessive...

11/10/2025: I had a plate of spaghetti cacio e pepe, which was delicious and well-prepared. I was with my wife, who ordered a different plate of spaghetti, which arrived (after we asked for it) 2-3 minutes later. You have to keep calling the waiters because they chatter among themselves and pretend not to see you.

11/10/2025: My husband and I, sitting at one of the few occupied tables, ordered two pasta dishes: alas, different… The first course arrived, and only after a few minutes did I allow myself to express that I would have had the pleasure of eating with my husband. They explained to me that the spaghetti I ordered had two different sauces, so they were preparing the second course after the first course was finished! What can I say: what would have happened if the restaurant had been full? To round out the meal, I struggled to request two coffees because the waiters were engrossed in conversation and ignored the dining room's needs. I'll conclude by saying that the pasta dishes served were good. Summary: good dishes, but terrible service.

16/10/2025: The employees in the exchange department are really nice. I'd never want to have employees like that. No desire to work, I make fun of you while you talk, treated like a dog to make a piece of furniture. Really rude.

12/07/2025: Well stocked at a good price. Purchased mattress at a great price, very good value.

25/08/2025: Excellent family-run restaurant. The staff is professional and courteous. The food is good and plentiful. The prices are fair.

22/08/2025: Good food, reasonable prices, but be careful! If you pay cash, the bill is correct. As soon as you say "POS," the bill magically increases!

30/09/2025: It's inconceivable that a bar like this, in one of Bologna's most beautiful and popular squares, doesn't have a bathroom.

28/09/2025: No menu offered, and very little warmth to the service. Then found out they don't have toilets - which shouldn't be acceptable for a bar like this. More expensive than I expected.

22/10/2025: CHEAP PIZZA, SO DON'T EXPECT EXCELLENT QUALITY! Many people don't have the guts to understand that paying €3 for a whole Margherita pizza—a ridiculous price in my opinion—indicates that the quality isn't the best in the world. Despite this, it must be said that of all the €3 pizzas in Bologna, Pizzeria Casa is clearly the best, and by far. The pizza is okay, not the best, obviously, but for €3 it's absolutely worth it. All pizzas have a €1 surcharge if you sit at the tables to eat. The staff, I must say, is truly rude, especially the girl at the counter and the bouncer(?). I understand that the place focuses on crowds and therefore needs to provide space for people to flow, but that honestly doesn't justify their manners. Personally, it doesn't bother me, but I understand that some people might be offended. Anyway, to recap, the service, although objectively terrible, does not offset the ridiculously low price. I recommend it for students given its proximity to the university and, above all, the speed of the service.

19/05/2025: I ate a good mushroom pizza with truffle oil but for a pizzeria restaurant I expected something else besides pizza

04/10/2025: Terrible quality pizza with terrible flavor. Truly horrible ingredients. Poor quality sausage. The tomato sauce on the pizza was disgusting. After many years, I returned to Pizza Casa, reminiscing about the good old days, and found myself faced with such a disgrace—it will definitely be the last time I go there. And, to make matters worse, the staff was extremely rude, aggressive, and impolite.

09/08/2025: Welcoming place, you can eat on the terrace and it feels like entering another world. Good food and excellent prices for the quality of the raw materials, attentive and customer-focused staff. I recommend it.

04/10/2025: Located in the center of Bologna, I found this very pretty restaurant in an old building. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I loved eating in the square and enjoying the typical Italian atmosphere! I'll be back.

03/07/2025: Ho messo 4 stelle e non 5 semplicemente perché il servizio lascia un po' a desiderare. Prima che una cameriera si avvicinasse per prendere l'ordinazione e passata mezz'ora, un 40 minuti per iniziare a mangiare poi per ordinare il dolce abbiamo aspettato altri 30 minuti. Abbiamo ordinato una tagliatella con la cipolla e due cotolette alla bolognese (finalmente fatte come si deve con fonduta di parmigiano e non con besciamella) tutto molto buono. Abbiamo pagato il giusto. Ci tornerò con la speranza che il servizio ai tavoli sia mogliorato.

03/06/2025: Complimenti per la pizza 10 + bravissima la signora pizzaiola che fa un ottimo impasto ben idratato e ben lievitato ed un ottima cottura fragrante fuori e morbida al suo interno , una vera delizia Ricorda così tanto la pizza che facevamo nel nostro locale che mi ha emozionata E non è una pizza napoletana è molto meglio BRAVISSIMA

01/05/2025: Purtroppo abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di capitare in questo locale sicuramente i turisti non sono graditi nonostante le nostre richieste per poter ordinare un aperitivo ci veniva risposto maleducatamente senza elencare i loro cocktail in nessun tavolo c’erano tovaglioli di carta capisco tutto ma il personale è da formare assolutamente così non va assolutamente bene

24/03/2025: Siamo andati al bar per un drink e, oltre ad avere una vista spettacolare, sia il servizio che il trattamento del personale sono stati eccezionali. Assolutamente da raccomandare! Ogni volta che torneremo a Bologna ci torneremo, sono state persone meravigliose.
