The food is very good and worth it, but the cashier service needs updating. A word of warning for those who go as a group: they don't allow separate bills based on what each person consumed. They only allow one bill or split the total exactly equally (Roman-style). A bit inconvenient for large tables.

Restaurant/pizzeria with a menu that can almost entirely be replicated in a gluten-free version. I tried the pizza: the dough was truly exceptional, soft and light. However, the toppings weren't to my liking, and the prosciutto was unfortunately too thick for me... I had to discard a good portion. For dessert, I had the tiramisu, also gluten-free: decent. Overall, I'm very happy to have tasted an excellent gluten-free dough.

13/04/2026: Found out about this place from our Delicious Bologna tour guide, Mattia. The wine bar was actually open (apparently, it's hit and miss) when we walked by so we popped in for a glass of wine. No frills here, but a wonderful glass of sparkling wine - Franciacorta 61 from Berlucchi. Pigro looks like he's the lead singer in a grunge band, very approachable and gifted us a couple of key chains made from the wine corks.
