Delicious dishes made with exceptional ingredients. We had venison carpaccio, a rustic appetizer, followed by tortello San Leo with PGI Romagna olive oil and Fassa cheese, dry passatelli pasta and freshly sliced ​​truffle. To finish, a spelt tart with orange and quince. Every bite was a pleasure. Highly recommended.

The refined atmosphere, excellent cuisine, and impeccable flavors with bold flavors can only confirm the five-star rating. It's hard to say more; if you're conveniently located or passing through, it's a must-visit. The friendly staff and small parking lot at the entrance complete the picture.

11/10/2025: I walked in and found two Japanese tourists in line ahead of me. A blonde waitress was serving them, looking very busy. After a few minutes of waiting, an Italian woman came in behind me. When it was my turn, the waitress completely ignored me and spoke directly to the woman who had arrived after me. This was unacceptable and discriminatory behavior. I was furious, but only refrained from reacting because a friend of mine was waiting for me inside. I will never set foot in this place again.

11/10/2025: Il Tartufo Trattoria in Bologna is a place with potential, but unfortunately, in my case, it was a bit of a disappointment – ​​the portion was surprisingly small for the €30 price tag. I was expecting a unique truffle experience, and the dish was served without the characteristic cheese-grating ritual seen in many videos of this place. Now, it looks like they're rolling out of the kitchen on the cheese and simply transferring it to the plate. The taste was good, but the overall experience left me a bit unsatisfied, especially considering the price and expectations. Maybe we hit a bad time, but I can't give it a full rating this time – it's a shame, because the potential is great. The dish itself is very good.
