20/08/2025: Our first time in Reggio Emilia, we stumbled upon this lovely restaurant by pure chance. The well-kept, clean, and welcoming atmosphere, combined with the good food and the friendly, attentive service of the ladies who run it, made our lunch a truly enjoyable one. We loved it!!! Bravo!!

23/08/2025: Slow... it took an hour to eat. He even had a problem with me and other customers. With TheFork, you don't get a discount if you spend less than €15 per person. Unheard of! They tell you when you go to pay. The only place where the customer isn't right.

21/08/2025: Truly good food, with home-grown meat (and it tastes good). The restaurant doesn't have table service, so they'll prepare a tray for you, which you can pick up and eat at the outdoor or indoor tables. The owner is kind and helpful (an added bonus to the good food 🙂). The prices are fair, considering the quality of the products. Recommended 👍

06/10/2025: A restaurant I absolutely recommend. We ate there as a group of 9 on a Friday evening without a reservation. The food was top-notch, very good (the fried fish was excellent), and the service was excellent, polite, and fast. The price was also very reasonable.

06/10/2025: Restaurant in an excellent location facing the beach, discreet atmosphere, friendly staff, quick service, even though the place was busy, we didn't have a long wait. My partner had the seafood spaghetti and skewers, which were excellent. I had the fried calamari, crispy vegetables, and French fries, which were good. The only flaw was the salt, which was so overwhelming that I couldn't finish my meal! But overall, it's good, and worth a visit.

15/08/2025: Excellent artisanal gelato shop, in terms of product, service, and value for money—my absolute favorite. Behind every flavor lies a wealth of experience, hard work, and quality ingredients. They're all delicious, and I recommend trying their incredibly original flavors, which often include local products. Since discovering them, I've had a hard time eating any other gelato.

18/10/2025: Osteria Nascosta is a little gem whose charm is evident in its name. Everything is based on slow food: authentic ingredients, carefully prepared dishes. The staff is friendly and helpful. In short, at the Osteria you feel right at home. I highly recommend it!

12/10/2025: Because it's in front of the fish section, the whole store has a cold feel. The food is very expensive but the portions are very small. I was surprised that the nearly 20€ platter was only the size of an appetizer. The salad was 12€, but it was worse than the vegetables you can buy for 1€ at the supermarket. The flavor was bland, so I wouldn't recommend it.

12/10/2025: I've been a customer for years and I gave it a 5....the food is still very much appreciated, but I have to complain about the treatment I received yesterday. I had spaghetti with clams for lunch. When asked how it went, I reported that I had found 10 closed clams, almost half of those on my plate. The waitress said she'd report it to the kitchen, and in any case, it was obvious because I'd left them on my plate, separating them from the shells of the consumed ones. I expected a word or an apology, but no one showed up. It was toward the end of the lunch hour, so it can't be said they were overwhelmed with service, given the few tables already occupied. I was very disappointed. I didn't expect this from a place I love and have been frequenting regularly for years.

15/10/2025: It's Sunday and we've made a reservation at this trattoria in the Piacenza hills; the decision is made and we're off. The surrounding atmosphere is sweet and serene, the interior is modern and welcoming. Filippo is a meticulous and knowledgeable host, and above all, he pampers his guests with kindness and discretion. The restaurant is fully booked, synonymous with authentic and excellent dining. We order three platters with incredible products: coppa and pancetta Piacentina, a super premium prosciutto crudo, shoulder ham, and delicious salami. To accompany them, we have giardiniera, Russian salad, and Borrettane onions all'agro, all strictly homemade. A pumpkin and truffle flan with an enchanting aroma and flavor. Then four first courses: two tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and two crespelle also with porcini mushrooms, all strictly homemade. Then tiramisu, a nougat parfait, and a mint and chocolate parfait. A Bonarda from the local winery La Margherita was like a medicine. Super-fair prices and knowledgeable staff. Heartfelt congratulations. Dearest Filippo, continue with this commitment and determination. The greatest recognition comes from the gourmets who honor your table.

05/10/2025: 4 people. The quality of the food was good, but it's a shame that the fried cake arrived much before the charcuterie board. The portions were very, very small and the price was very, very high. €200. I definitely wouldn't recommend it, much less return. After dinner, we went for a take-out pizza.

06/09/2025: Got a takeout from them last night around 23:20, the food was good but the interaction was the winner for us. The owner was nice and tried to hold a conversation with us despite the fact that our Italian was not good enough. :))

11/10/2025: My partner and I discovered this place by chance. We were passing through and the excellent reviews encouraged us to try it. What can I say...the piada completely met our expectations. Very generous and high-quality piadinas. The service was also excellent, with very friendly staff! Highly recommended!!

26/09/2025: A lovely little restaurant outside Bologna. The welcome is excellent, the service is perfect, and the traditional and non-traditional dishes are excellent, with some well-executed off-menu options as well! Prices are average.

19/09/2025: This agriturismo is meticulously maintained, both inside and out, maintaining its rustic atmosphere. The staff is exquisite, friendly, and efficient, always available despite the crowds. The first courses (tortelloni and mezzelune with fossa cheese) are delicious and plentiful, and the congilio and mixed side dishes are excellent. The signature piadinas are unusual. The desserts are excellent, and the selection of digestifs and tart samples is appreciated. The bill is reasonable, something you're not likely to find these days. The only downside is the excessive noise from the chatter at various tables, which is very annoying!

10/09/2025: Don’t look for the typical Italian! Look for the extra, out of the box and then this is your place. Unique mix of tastes, blend into a fantastic taste!
