Located in the upper part of Predappio, it was a pleasant surprise: a quaint, rustic setting, very good, unique food, fair prices, and, last but not least, a marvelous underground cellar with enormous barrels to visit. If you're in the area, it's a must-try.

Recommended by the owners and guides at Villa Carpena (don't miss it...very interesting), we went up to Predappio Alta and found this very characteristic old Italian osteria. The owner is very kind and his wife is a superb cook... I recommend the piadina al vino, the squacquerone, the cheese platter with honey, and gnocchi drowned in melted cheese...amazing...good price.

Beautiful. We were two for lunch on a Tuesday. The restaurant is very quaint, and the cuisine is traditional, simple, and very tasty. The braised cheek was very good. Friendly service. We'll definitely be back.

30/12/2025: Saturday lunch was all you can eat, with meat or fish. We chose the fish option. We sampled everything on the menu. I particularly enjoyed the first courses. The service was fast and punctual. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The ground floor dining room was spacious and bright, and even though it was full, we could still converse easily. Recommended.

09/04/2026: My wife and I went to this restaurant for lunch yesterday, and we had a lovely meal. The portions were generous and of high quality. We had excellent tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, grilled lamb that was tender as butter, a side of grilled vegetables, and desserts included panna cotta, a Sacker cake, a half-bottle of white wine, water, and coffee. The welcome and service were excellent; the man who greeted us was very helpful in accommodating our requests and was very kind. It's not a Michelin-starred restaurant, but a classic Romagna restaurant. The food is good, rustic, and the location is pleasant, right on the shore of a small lake. The price is reasonable, around €30/€35 per person. Everything was fine, and we'll be back soon.
