15/02/2024: I am deeply disappointed by the dining experience I had last night at the Noro Restaurant. Not only was the menu limited to the fixed without the possibility of choice, but the total absence of a descriptive menu made it impossible to fully understand what was served to us during the evening. Furthermore, the dining room staff did not provide any explanation regarding the dishes, leaving us completely in the dark regarding the ingredients and preparations. The raw fish, overly seasoned with truffles and spices, had questionable combinations, including the use of pecorino and strong odors that did not go well with the delicacy of the fish. After an uncomfortable night, during which I had to resort to taking plasil via syringes, I realized that the spices were probably used to mask the flavor of the less-than-fresh fish. The food poisoning I suffered was severe, and I had to stop dinner before dessert for health reasons. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of attention to the quality of the ingredients and the preparation of the dishes by the Noro Restaurant, and I cannot help but express my strong discontent with this experience. Prices almost Michelin-level but not at all up to those prices. I hope that this review can contribute to improving the quality of service and cuisine offered by the Noro Restaurant, so that other customers do not have to face the same difficulties that I encountered.

20/08/2024: Had dinner last night, there were three of us. Good welcome and availability even though we hadn't booked. We ordered fish dishes which were served to us in a fairly short time. All very good, excellent mussel soup and mussel pepper, very good salmon and all with a good prosecco. Local with unique and pleasant decor and atmosphere. Mr. Nico who served us throughout the dinner was very kind and helpful. We will happily return before the end of our holidays because it is worth it!!!!
