I bought 1kg of buffalo mozzarella from Caseificio Garofalo at the Capodichino airport, and I have to say it was truly delicious and, above all, very fresh. And this is coming from someone who has eaten and made a lot of mozzarella. Unfortunately, I've been living abroad for a few years now, but I hope they maintain the same quality and, above all, the freshness of the product.

Excellent mozzarella braid, incredibly fresh, with a lovely aroma and flavor, with a slight hint of manure, just right, firm, and perfectly crafted, by hand of course. Well done. It's hard to find better.
