16/11/2025: The best pizza I've ever eaten! Soft, light, and incredibly digestible. High-quality ingredients. I go back whenever I can. And even when I take it home (from Pisa to Florence), it's just as good! Sometimes I go there specifically because, despite the distance, it's worth it. Highly recommended!!!

The place is based on values of environmental quality and sustainability, and it is simply exciting to visit places like this... The room we stayed in was modest but well-invested and well-maintained. The dinner was simply masterful, such clever use of simple ingredients, creative and simply delicious! The breakfast is also generous and very refreshing. In addition, there is a eco store with a selection of products and even a small café. For those who visit in the summer or during warmer months, there is a natural pool, which was fascinating to see. Highly recommended.

14/09/2025: Let me start by saying that we ate very well; the dishes we ordered were truly excellent and of excellent quality. However, something went wrong with the bill, and so I asked for an explanation. I'll summarize: We ordered two platters of cured meats and cheeses chosen by the chef, two Maremma beef carpaccios (no sides as they were sold out), a bottle of water and a bottle of Fattorie di Magliano Morellino di Scansano DOCG 2020 wine, and two coffees. Finally, the waiter showed up with a bill of 102.50 (which became 102). I have the habit of occasionally doing the math in my head, just like that, due to my professional habits; something doesn't add up, and I ask for an explanation. The waiter panicked, trying everything to get close to the price but failing (he got to €99... although I don't know how he did it), making excuses that the platter wasn't €12 but €14 because there were cheeses (!!). He asked me if I'd included the service charge (which I confirmed... but he calculated it at €3.50 instead of €2.50). You can all get the actual bill by looking at the menu on their website: it comes out to €91 (including €5 for water, which is probably cheaper). I didn't ask for any money back; I left it as a tip. But I won't be back; for me, honesty is essential, as well as quality. Sorry. P.S.: Check your bill every now and then...

14/09/2025: We wanted food and arrived 5 minutes before opening. We asked if there was a seat. We were told it was 5 minutes. Then the door was closed. Sorry – the arrogance is almost unbeatable. Absolutely not! 😳

02/12/2025: Professional staff, Mattia is excellent. The owners are truly welcoming. Fair prices for a city like Padua. Venetian cuisine, good fish. I recommend the black cuttlefish and creamed cod. A good Franciacorta.

05/12/2025: I went for lunch on Saturday with some friends. In my opinion, the place is one of the most beautiful in the area, incredibly quaint and surrounded by nature despite being easy to get to. The service and menu are traditional and very '80s-inspired, which I think is a plus. The bill is very fair and in line with the quality of the food. I'll definitely be back during the Christmas period, hoping for some snow!

10/12/2025: Unfortunately, due to traffic, we arrived late for the guided tour we'd booked a few days earlier. However, once we explained the situation, they made themselves available to us, accommodating us and giving us a tour of the production area, albeit a little faster. The tasting lived up to expectations, with excellent products, all in a clean and characteristic setting. The product shop was also excellent.

03/11/2025: One glass of wine, barely 100 cl, for 16 euros. That's overpriced! The menu for the anniversary was good, but the portions were too small, like something out of 1980 when haute cuisine was just emerging—those days are gone. The service was quite unprofessional and impersonal, almost rude. A shame.

10/10/2025: I really liked that this place offers a great variety on the menu, and I was happy with my choice – the dish was tasty and filling. I also calculated the calories using the service shown in the photo I attached. It turned out to be very convenient and fast! Now I recommend everyone to try this service for calorie tracking – it really makes it easy to monitor your diet.

21/09/2025: Excellent Sardinian restaurant with excellent, simple and genuine products. I tried various products, including the pear and pecorino cheese platter served with carasau bread. Excellent, high-quality and unusual wines, all Sardinian, of course, the mailino, which is truly exquisite. Even the homemade desserts, the service is courteous and friendly, not intrusive. Highly recommended. Keep it up. They also make pizza, but I've never tried it.

03/11/2025: YES, A TRATTORIA, BUT YOU CAN FEEL THE HAND OF A STARRED CHEF If you decide to book at this trattoria, you need to take your time because the cuisine is express and there are nine courses (not just samples!). We're talking three appetizers, three first courses, a second course with two side dishes, and a dessert. All excellent, with the ingenious additions that our chef Salvatore Tassa has accustomed us to. Definitely worthy of mention are the Ravioli with Mortadella and Parmesan in Rosemary Beef Broth, made by the Signora who prepares them at an open counter along with all the pasta, as well as the Cannoli Dolci to finish. Also worthy of mention are the Cauliflower and Chestnut Soup, or the Tagliolini with Burnt Tomato and Pecorino. The Goat Soup, followed by roast goat and broccoli, is also excellent. Or the Mixed Salad with Licorice Oil and Pecorino. For those of us who don't eat meat, like me, there's no problem: the ravioli were made with potatoes and pecorino cheese. Superb. Instead of the kid, they served me grilled Primo Sale with mint-flavored Pioppini mushrooms. To finish, a homemade ricotta cannoli with caramel. With a good Cesanese di Affile, mineral water, and two coffees, €71 per person. (About €8 per course!!!)
