I'd been looking for a restaurant that served Sardinian cuisine for a long time, something that reminded me of my youth, of the Bombarde beach or the Lazzaretto, the icy water, the small fragments of pink coral that were easily found on the sand back then, the scent of the evening... and despite having lived in Balduina for over sixty years, I'd never even approached this place, but one fine day... The space is spacious but not overwhelming. The area is simply furnished with small table lamps that create a certain intimacy, while the ceiling is covered with light-colored wood that contrasts nicely with the dark brown tables, which are unclothed but immaculately clean. I like it. When the place is full, there's not that strong glare that can make conversation difficult. But let's get to the food!! Mussel soup with tomato and croutons (NOT the kind you buy at the supermarket). Almost everyone makes the grave mistake (horror!!) of adding salt, but I didn't notice it here. Well done! The culurgiones are excellent, delicate but flavorful. Spaghetti with clams, a simple dish where, again, it's easy to make a mistake, but no, the pasta is al dente, good quality, pleasant flavor, and adequate quantity. Baked sea bream with potatoes well-cooked and, above all, fresh. Fried calamari, delicious and easy to digest. The Tiernu wine has an intense aroma—be careful, it's a treacherous wine! Finally, a pleasant coffee, filu ferro and mirto (thankfully not Zedda Piras). The service is adequate and the bathrooms are clean. The bill? A little above average, but worth it! Zent'anni!!

We ate very well...the portions were generous!!! The fregola was delicious!
