This place really hits its stride in the winter, and is very popular with locals. We came here on vacation, tired of all the fish dinners. The honesty in explaining the origins and merits of the dishes on the menu was much appreciated; the beer recommendations were spot on, the meat was excellent, and the prices were fair. Highly recommended.

I ate it, but my boyfriend wanted to take it back. The prices are reasonable for the place, and the dessert was delicious. But I did encounter another flaw when I went to pay, receiving less than I was expecting. I noticed this in the car, so we went back, and fortunately, they gave us what was missing.
