Small restaurant in the heart of Oneglia, the staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. Excellent wine list, with some local gems, the sommelier in the room is very knowledgeable and can advise very well on the basis of pairings. Ligurian cuisine, revisited in a modern way, I always opt for a tasting menu, the raw local fish is excellent. Good choice of ingredients, almost always zero animals and attention to detail, such as the homemade bread with sourdough or the choice to use Taggiasca olive oil from a producer who only presses olives from centenary trees in an olive grove in Lucinasco. This small restaurant is highly recommended for lovers of good fish.

Good cellar.
The fassona steak and the raw seafood are excellent...
Kind and polite.
We move between tradition, quality and new interpretations of typical products.
Cappon Magro and Brandacujon do not need commas.
Bring your best friends to treat yourself to an evening of appreciable gastronomic style.

We came to this restaurant on my birthday in January and had a great time. Starting from the service, kind and knowledgeable about their products, very good food with a nice plating. The tables are elegantly and carefully set, as is the room.
It was a pleasant lunch, I especially appreciated the candle on the dessert :)

We had dinner in this delightful place in the center of Imperia, it was Saturday evening, everything was full but luckily we had booked!!!
They made us sit in the second room, delightfully furnished
We took the tasting menu consisting of:
- brandacuion with tapenade sauce and candied lemon peel
- Fusillone with broccoli sauce, anchovies, pine nuts and raisins
- Baked fish (croaker) with artichokes, ecresè potato and pink mayonnaise (beetroot and anchovy)
in addition we took the raw appetizer!
for dessert: stroscia and hot zabaglione
Very fresh and tasty ingredients.....TOP!!!!
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, both in the choice of wines to pair (we chose a Vermentino) and in the description of the ingredients that make up their dishes. They convey a lot of passion for what they do.

Atmosfera rilassata e gradevole. Abbiamo cenato in settimana e siamo stati accompagnati nella veranda vetrata, oltre il cortiletto interno.
Buone le pietanze, buono il servizio, e buona scelta tra le proposte alla carta tra gli antipasti i primi e i secondi .
