03/11/2025: Conveniently located right off the ring road, we've become a regular stop on our way back from vacation to enjoy the excellent cured meats accompanied by torta fritta, tagliatelle carbonara with culatello, and tortelli with pumpkin and salami paste.
Generous portions, fast service, and the girls serving us are all truly friendly and cheerful.
This is now our fourth year here, and the quality and service are always guaranteed.

Very nice place, very fast service, friendly staff, and average prices.
The opportunity to purchase local products is interesting.

All the staff were super friendly. The room was great. Perfect location, beautiful decor inside the hotel and through out all floor. All as a 5 star hotel should be. We will be back.

Each floor’s corridor has a different theme, is a museum by its own right.
I would return to sit by the canal & sip way the afternoon tea / Aperol.
Did Anthony Vivaldi live in that building ?
Its a stunning place, comes a price but worth every cent.

22/09/2025: We spent a week in the heart of Salento, where tradition, family, and nature blend perfectly.
The inn is managed and maintained by the entire family, where the new generations continue local traditions. The room was spacious, comfortable, and meticulously maintained. The terrace restaurant is truly magical. The traditional dishes are special, with an authentic flavor.
The inn also offers orecchiette pasta and cheese-making classes and workshops.
In the basement, there's a hot tub converted from an old water cistern.
A place that stays in your heart... that gives you a moment of life that will remain forever etched in your memory.

The customer before me was served a sandwich with only vegetables, while I, who made the exact same request, was told "it wasn't possible," even though they had the ingredients ready and it was clear they were just being unwilling.
Inconsistent and unprofessional treatment.
18/09/2025: The opening hours on Google Maps aren't reliable. It says open until 5:45 PM, but today we found it closed at 4:50 PM, with no notice posted.

18/10/2025: We discovered Vin Allegro in Trastevere near our accommodations, and our golf cart tour guide later recommended it too! The appetizers and wine were excellent, and our server Eleanora made the experience especially enjoyable with her kind and attentive service. Lovely atmosphere—we’ll definitely return when we’re back in Rome!

The room was very small for four, but it was well-maintained and definitely clean. It's a shame that the shower, besides having a weak stream, didn't have hot enough water (the outside temperatures are close to freezing).
The restaurant offers tasty, authentic dishes, truly excellent. Breakfast was limited, but with quality products.
The owners were kind and helpful, as was the waiter (perhaps a little too friendly and "confidential," which might bother some, but not us).
I would gladly return, hoping they'll fix a few details.
09/10/2025: We came back for a special birthday, always a great, intimate and welcoming atmosphere!
The menu is impeccable, not too many courses but an excellent selection, with truly high-quality first and second courses!

09/12/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance and were amazed by its warm atmosphere and authentic food, dishes paired with homemade olive oil. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the owner was very friendly. We returned with the whole family, who enjoyed the pasta dishes like buttero and chickpea soup, as well as the delicious rustic cake, which was kindly provided.
