15/12/2025: The best hotel ever. We never go second time to the same place but Vidor Hotel was the reason to visit again Pozza di Fassa, and I 'sure we 'll go again and again in the future. The area of the swimming pool is perfect to chill out in the afternoon and the water of the outdoor swimming pool is very hot. We 've visited and other hotels with outdoor pool none of them with hot water. It 's like you re dreaming being in the outdoor pool and snowing the same time and feeling warm enough to stay there forever. The water slides were also fantastic for kids and adults also just to have a really amusing afternoon. The ideal hotel for families in a dreamy area.

But the coffee is very good and the desserts too. The fresh mix was also with ginger and carrots, a vitamin bomb.

17/11/2025: We went to Macelleria Cecchini yesterday, and honestly, the experience fell short of our expectations. The heavy social media exposure probably led us to imagine something better, more refined, and engaging. The meat is certainly high-quality, no complaints there. The problem is that it's served almost alone, accompanied only by beans: without at least two or three different side dishes to complement it, it ends up being a bit cloying, meaning it gets boring after a while, despite the quality of the ingredients. The baked potato, which should be a side dish, becomes almost a main course with Chianti butter. The impression is that the "Cecchini" persona and all his fame have taken over the actual gastronomic experience. The wine was the most disappointing: modest quality, especially considering the €50 menu. It's true that you can bring your own bottle, but a better option from them would have been welcome. In short: good, but not great. A pleasant lunch, but far from what we expected after so much fame.

For Italy, where you can eat really well and for reasonable price, it is expensive, small portions, mid quality - taste... And you eat in paper dishes. For the same price, just 10 metres away I could have eaten in a normal restaurant with higher quality.

The goulash is just the right amount of spicy, not too spicy, not too spicy. The sliced ​​beef with potatoes is excellent, as is the cooking, which respects the customer's requests. The hazelnut dessert and the tiramisu are both delicious. The service is impeccable, as it caters to the customer's needs and is also timely. Finally, the quality/price ratio is excellent.
