Simply extraordinary. Superior quality fish, impeccable freshness, and flawless technique. Each dish showcases the raw ingredients with elegance and precision, without ever obscuring their identity. Attentive service, refined atmosphere, a fine dining experience. One of the best seafood restaurants I've ever tried. Absolutely unmissable.

Excellent restaurant with attentive and professional service. They pay attention to the quality of the fish. A wide selection of wines and spirits. I tasted an elegant, fruity Nikka Pure Malt Red, relatively rare and hard to find due to the shortages that have affected many Japanese producers. Then the owner had me taste his gin, a fitting end to the meal.

15/08/2026: A small restaurant set up on the evening of August 15th and surprisingly successful! Excellent food, a romantic atmosphere with live music, and above all, impeccable service from the excellent waiter Francesco, a young man from Puglia who served and accompanied us from start to finish with impeccable service and attention to every detail! I recommend it if you're in the area.
