14/04/2025: Ieri sera ho mangiato una delle pizze nel ruoto migliori di sempre. Pensavo di non farcela e invece, eliminando strategicamente gli antipasti, sono (anzi siamo riuscite perché eravamo 3 amiche) a finire quasi interamente le pizze. Il locale molto molto carino, piccolo ma curato nei dettagli. Il personale accogliente, garbato, gentile...fatto di giovani con tanta voglia d lavorare. Che dire...esperienza top!!! I social, a volte, t fanno scoprire meraviglie che, altrimenti, ti sarebbero rimaste ignote. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente, l'obiettivo è provare tutti i prelibatissimi gusti delle pizze!!!! 😉

05/04/2025: Ho conosciuto grazie a tik tok questo posto solo che non avevo capito che la pizza era a ruoto non sono stato attento 🤣🤣🤣 e devo dire che è stata una piacevole scoperta. Molto buono l'impasto. Anche la parmigiana eccellente. Personale gentilissimo. La prossima volta provo altro. Ancora complimenti alla prossima.

Situata in una zona comoda e facilmente raggiungibile, conquista fin dal primo sguardo grazie al bancone ricco di varietà e colori. Le pizze sono preparate con ingredienti freschissimi e selezionati con cura, e si nota immediatamente l’attenzione alla qualità in ogni dettaglio. Una vera garanzia per chi ama la buona pizza al taglio da portare via!

21/04/2025: We were traveling to Rome with our 3 and a half year old son. We book a table half an hour before arrival via TheFork, receiving regular confirmation: a sign that the restaurant is perfectly capable of managing last-minute reservations, otherwise it shouldn't accept them. Once we arrive at the restaurant, we kindly ask that priority be given to the pasta dish for the child, clearly specifying a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes. After 20 minutes the waiter shows up, completely uninformed about the menu. Meanwhile, no water, no bread, no nothing. After several requests we ask for at least water and bread. Only then are we told that the dough had been "lowered". In fact, nothing had yet reached us. The feeling was of being completely ignored. Meanwhile, the manager of the restaurant dedicated herself exclusively to a single table, with a servile attitude, probably regular customers or friends. Upon my further request for explanations, I was told again that the pasta had been lowered. Such behavior is unacceptable in any restaurant, even more so in one that presents itself as a medium-high level establishment. A child should always have priority. Ours was a terrible experience. A tip for management: train your staff and treat every table with respect and equality. Because in the end, we all pay with the same coin.

13/04/2025: Fantastic dinner in Foligno at a really great price. We chose the five-course tasting menu together with the wine pairing (3 glasses). The guys in the kitchen are very young and the dishes they offer are really very good. We started very well with the amuse-bouche with a fake olive exploding in the mouth and with an excellent liver pâté. The first course of the tasting was venison steak in mountain pine with truffle which was exquisite. We continued in style with a fried egg with a parmesan foam and some superlative pigeon tortelli alla norcina. As a second course, a pork belly cooked to perfection together with a side dish of Jerusalem artichokes, mushrooms and chestnuts. The only "negative" note of the evening was the dessert (three chocolate cake) which, although it was good, was not up to the standard of the other courses. We would have expected a more elaborate dessert that would have closed an exquisite dinner in style. Excellent value for money and very attentive and kind service. The wines that were offered to us to pair with the dishes were good. We hope the restaurant will be included in the Michelen guide as soon as possible because they deserve it.

19/04/2025: Considerate le nostre origini abruzzesi, abbiamo voluto provare questo ristorante e le aspettative non ci hanno deluso, anzi! Tutte le pietanze provate sono state ottime, in particolare il tagliere sapori d’Abruzzo e i tipici arrosticini!! Servizio rapido senza lunghe attese, e personale molto cordiale.

17/03/2025: Ci sono stato in coppia sabato 15 marzo... Arrivati con mezz'ora di anticipo da vicenza rispetto la nostra prenotazione, ci hanno fatto cmq accomodare tranquillamente nonostante il locale fosse quasi al completo, e gia qui meritano un applauso per come hanno gestito la cosa, davvero gentilissimi. Abbiamo ordinato 2 antipasti, 2 primi e i secondi... Era tutto eccezionaleeeee,non sono riuscito ad arrivare alla fine da quanto ero pieno! Grandi complimenti per la pecora alla callara,me la ricordero a vita da quanto era buona,morbidissima e davvero gustosa, purtroppo e ancora piango di non essere riuscito a mangiare il dolce, ma a breve torno con la compagnia di amici e finiro la mia missione, ma questa volta ordinero con piu calma Quello che state facendo, lo state facendo bene continuate cosi! 14/04/2025: Beautiful little place on the cycle path in Avio with parking for cars. I came across it by chance and was amazed by the dishes, the courtesy of the waitresses and the price... I only managed to eat the starter which was very abundant. Highly recommended...... PS next time I'll try the sandwiches which were also gorgeous to look at.

31/03/2025: Bello il posto, peccato che il servizio non sia all'altezza. Per avere un semplice risotto domenica abbiamo aspettato un'ora e tre quarti nonostante ripetute sollecitazioni. Tagliata di carne non memorabile. Vino sfuso: mediocre, sia il rosso sia il bianco. Personale gentile, ma in affanno, non sostenuto dalla cucina. Sconsigliabile, almeno la domenica.

25/03/2025: It's been a long time since I went there and I regretted it, I will return soon, impeccable service, welcome and availability, home-made appetizer, sorry about the prior, with cold cuts and quality cheeses, the giardiniera took me back in time and the onions in raspberry sauce were a delight and not least the Florentine rib eye steak excellent in my opinion, I could go on about the recommended wine, desserts, first courses etc. etc. In short, an EXCELLENT dinner
