10/10/2025: I'll start by saying that it was recommended to me by locals, so despite the high but mixed reviews, I decided to try this Osteria. The road to get there, in my opinion, is accessible and typical, but only if you have no particular driving difficulties. We're not in the plains, so it's typical mountain roads, weather-beaten... but they're easily passable. If you have trouble parking in Milan, leave your car on the main road and take a walk that won't ruin your appetite. As for the restaurant itself, I'd say it's worth a visit; it's very characteristic and offers a truly evocative view. Personally, I think the location is worth the effort. As for lunch, I have to say I enjoyed it; the dishes were good and the portions were normal, except for the platters, which I found a bit on the small side. Sometimes tastes can confuse the perception of flavors. I found the first courses to be very light and delicate; I personally had the linguine with porcini mushrooms, and I usually find more bold flavors. For the platters, I think it's different... the cured meats were good, as were the jams, but the portions were very small. The dessert was good, but described differently than it was when it arrived. There was ice cream, but it wasn't mentioned. It didn't detract from its deliciousness; in fact, being an apple tart, it paired perfectly. Sometimes, however, different expectations can be confusing and risk disappointing. I would return, for the location—certainly, it's best if it's a nice day, but it's still beautiful regardless—to better understand the flavors and dishes. Sometimes in certain places, you expect strong, bold flavors, while here everything is very delicate. Worth a try...

19/10/2025: A family-friendly place where you can eat well at reasonable prices. The homemade tordelli and tagliata are excellent. Ample outdoor space in the summer. Ideal for group dinners and banquets. From appetizers to desserts, drinks and coffee included, all at reasonable prices. Quality home cooking. Ample parking inside. New management, completely different from the "historic" one. A more "trendy" place, but not for lovers of tradition.

01/11/2025: A large and beautiful place divided in two with an outdoor area that enjoys a view up to the sea. Good first courses, abundant grilled meat, normal prices.

06/12/2025: I often ordered here through various delivery services, but after one time ingredients were missing from a pizza, another time there was the mozzarella sticking out and needing to be removed, and then, magically in the same evening, after 2 hours of waiting, they claimed to have given up on nen twice, to 2 different delivery drivers (the second time, after I had called the restaurant directly, they even cancelled the order directly over the phone, claiming it wasn't them (which was confirmed to me by the delivery support) and after the cancellation another delivery driver showed up, to whom they gave 3 more pizzas, and, magically, this one too, according to them, had stolen the order). I would say simply embarrassing! If they ever lost the order, it can happen, but taking the piss out of a customer by inventing that 2 different delivery drivers had stolen the pizzas, no way... terrible.

08/11/2025: Located on the shores of Lake Arvo. They serve excellent roast meat. The local cured meats and cheeses are also excellent, accompanied by good honey. I recommend the locally brewed craft beer. To finish, you must try the grilled Silano and the mpacchiuse potatoes.

08/11/2025: For us, Osteria di Milena is truly an extension of our home. We love going there to celebrate important family moments, and we've always felt welcomed and pampered, right from the first time. The food is excellent, ranging from Sicily to Brianza... Good value for money. What more can I say? Go there, you won't regret it. The caponata is top-notch, the cannolo wow, the special asparagus menu, delicious platters, and so much more... Some people complain about the wait between courses, but we really like this "slow pace" because it's like being at home, enjoying a leisurely lunch or dinner while chatting. If you go during weekday lunches, you'll discover they're incredibly quick! A word of advice: make a reservation to avoid missing out; that would be a real shame. Although Milena and her staff will do their best to find you a spot.

22/08/2025: A very nice, authentic restaurant with a large garden and parking. We had eggplant, two pasta dishes, and tiramisu. We absolutely loved it. The service was excellent and very friendly. We ordered spaghetti aglio olio, even though it wasn't on the menu. It was no problem. Highly recommended!

08/11/2025: I'll start by saying I come here quite often for both breakfast and dinner. And 3⭐️ is for breakfast! The line is endless, and so far no problem. It's known and we wait. Then she arrives. She skips everyone and says, "We sat over there and I'd like..." and lists the things to order. No one said, "Ma'am, first you order and pay (like everyone else does), then you sit!" That's because that way they can go around the tables and the poor souls who order have to sit down! But it doesn't end there! The two of them, the Misses, arrive, sit down, obviously without ordering, go to the cashier, see the line, and stop a waitress to place their order. She nicely brings them what they'd asked for. Double standards, in short. Personally, I think the place is good, the staff is kind, but this needs fixing. It's simply a matter of honesty, of people who do things well and respect others!

30/10/2025: I have some experience with the restaurants run by the Alajmo brothers today, and their father before, and what always makes the difference in places like this is the staff and the customer service, as well as, of course, the quality of the food. What I've always liked about their cuisine is that it's always simple, yet never banal or predictable. The onion soup with white truffle and the pumpkin risotto with Castelmagno cheese were excellent. The sore point this time was the service, alas. For a dinner of two glasses of Chianti, an appetizer, and two main courses, the bill came to €195. At first, it seemed strange, but since I was with my partner, I didn't want to discuss the bill in front of her. Two days later, thinking about it, it seemed truly outrageous, and indeed, instead of two glasses of Chianti for €9 each, I found a bottle on my receipt for €98. I called, and they actually confirmed there had been a mistake on their part, and they apologized and said they'd wire me the difference. I would have expected a breakfast invitation as an apology instead of a simple email, but that's fine. The important thing is to always check, even in places like this.

10/10/2025: This agritourism was recommended to me by a local from Padru and after reading the reviews and opinions I was really looking forward to the visit. I was surprised by the portions of food (despite the warnings that we should not eat anything all day), there were 16 different dishes in total. The service was also friendly, and wine was included in the price with the food. Unfortunately, there was something wrong with one of the dishes (I think it was pork liver), 20 minutes after eating it I started feeling very sick. Nevertheless, I think that every tourist (maybe I just had a bad day in the kitchen) who comes to Sardinia should try this dinner, because you can taste tradition and homeliness. The price of the menu is €45, which is fair for the amount of food, but the quality is questionable…
