It was a truly wonderful experience 🍽️
Excellent quality ingredients and dishes with very well-crafted flavor combinations. The service was top-notch, attentive, and professional. 👏
The wine list was also good, with interesting options by the glass. 🍷
Some dishes particularly impressed me: the cold spaghetti with cod and caviar was truly excellent, as was the appetizer with pepper jelly and basil-infused egg. 🤩

The atmosphere is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent variety of first and second courses. The selection of pastries is very good. Good coffee. The price/quality ratio is a bit high compared to other places offering the same things. It hasn't changed.

Obviously, the affiliation with its more prestigious older brother adds value. Prices are on the high side, but commensurate with the quality of the product, especially the preparation and presentation. The atmosphere is very comfortable, and the staff is highly professional.

A very quaint and original restaurant in Sarmeola.
Although it's not large, there are several tables for dining in.
The cuisine is traditional and regional, with high-quality ingredients (generous portions and the option of halving portions on some dishes) for both savory and sweet dishes.
The young, friendly, and welcoming staff are excellent.

I tried the "Laura" tasting menu, a gastronomic experience that completely satisfied me. For the wine pairing, I chose to rely on the sommelier's advice, a decision that added value to the entire dinner.
I was assisted by Margot, who proved to be extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. In addition to her great technical expertise, she pampered us throughout the evening with a truly rare attention to detail.
An experience I highly recommend to anyone seeking the perfect combination of haute cuisine and excellent service.
The prices are above average, but they're worth it.
