07/11/2025: The owner was friendly and welcoming!
It's a lovely restaurant. We had lunch outside, watching the swans and ducks below us. We also had hamburgers (which annoyed the waiter, who resentfully said, "You're coming to the lake and you want meat?!"). Well, sir, I happened upon this place by chance, and I certainly don't come to a restaurant looking for lake fish, or worse, sea fish. Who wants that?!
I liked the meat, as well as the fries. Thank you ;)
03/11/2025: My father and I decided to take a break from the big cities and found this peaceful oasis on Lake Bracciano. We were welcomed by Massimiliano, who gave us a detailed overview of the menu. We were very satisfied, and to top it off, the manager showed up at the end of the meal for a noteworthy chat, demonstrating his expertise in the field. Congratulations on your 31 years of service to Le Papere di Bracciano. We'll be back.

26/11/2025: I had an amazing dinner at Al Coltello in Bari! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The restaurant itself has great decor with a warm, stylish atmosphere that makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.
The service was excellent from start to finish: attentive, friendly, and professional without ever feeling rushed. It’s clear that the staff truly care about their guests.
Overall, Al Coltello is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for high-quality cuisine in a beautiful setting. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bari! 🍽️✨

09/11/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff. For the rest, we ordered two pumpkin spice lattes. What we were served was a large mug of milk with a little cinnamon and other spices, without any trace of pumpkin (which is what the original recipe calls for). The barista simply added a powdered mix to the hot milk...the end result: two cups of cinnamon-flavored plant-based milk for the "modest" price of €8. An experience not to be repeated, a shame because the atmosphere is comfortable and the location is strategic (across from the Rialto Cinema).

The cured meats were very good and the meat was spectacular. We even met the fruit and vegetable suppliers who were eating at the table next to us. The menu wasn't extensive, but it was very good.

09/11/2025: Delightful restaurant next to a former hospital, now a museum of naive art. The place is very cute, with outdoor seating under a gazebo and inside. We ordered a second set of ravioli for our first course, which were truly delicious. The meat-based main courses were also excellent. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommended!

Here you can enjoy authentic Bergamo tradition, such as casoncelli and polenta, served in generous portions and at very fair prices. Signora Giuliana, with her infectious energy, makes the experience unique.
In short, it's the perfect place for a genuine lunch or dinner, with excellent value.

18/11/2025: How do you ensure a smooth flow as a restaurant? Come see for yourself. Super efficient! We had the last table, so the cordon for the terrace closed, but a table quickly became available and new guests could be welcomed. Service is also fast, and the dishes are served quickly. We didn't feel rushed at all, but we weren't particularly welcome either. We opted for the schiaffoni and the pistacchio pizza. They were good and very tasty. We were on our way again in 30 minutes, perfect if you still want to see something in Polignano or the surrounding area.
