23/11/2025: Not easy to get to, but once you get there, it's a nice, growing place. The food is refined and excellent, a bit pricey but in keeping with the cuisine.

18/11/2025: The place is really cute and welcoming, with a warm atmosphere. The ingredients and dishes are top-quality: I had some truly delicious radicchio ravioli, not to mention the best tarte Tatin I've ever tasted! Highly recommended!

22/11/2025: It was my first time at Etnea – Una Esperience, and I must say the experience exceeded all expectations. I came with a friend who had already been here in the summer and raved about it—he was right! We chose two gourmet aperitifs, with attention to every detail: elegant presentation, sophisticated tastings, and truly unique flavors. The drinks were also excellent, well-balanced, and beautifully served. We added a bottle of still water, and the price was absolutely right for the quality of the offerings and the beauty of the location. A special thanks goes to Luca P., who was exceptionally kind and friendly. At the end of the evening, he took a photo with us, and one of his colleagues joined us, who was equally welcoming and cheerful. A truly professional, friendly, and very human team: they make you feel at ease from the first to the last minute. The terrace is elegant, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying a different kind of aperitif in the heart of Catania. I'm so happy to have discovered this place and will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

I found a STAR with a mix of refined typical cuisine and very interesting innovations... the mise en place and service performed by young but extremely up-to-the-minute girls, with the kitchen's indulgence in small whims-pampering, gave my parents in their nineties a sensational 65th wedding anniversary... 08/12/2025: I wanted to hug the chef, but I was really too full. There were seven of us. The regular dishes were good, the truffle dishes were good, the snail dishes were good. There's an impressive variety of choices, and everything we ordered was good. The meat—wild boar, lamb, chicken wings—was all juicy, tender, and flavorful without being overly flavorful. The sauces were excellent, in the case of goose, truffle, snails, and a simple red wine. We finished with semifreddo and a special spoletina. The house red wine was strong but pleasant. The limoncello and grappa were special, especially the grappa, which was very smooth. I really appreciated it. It was my first time, but I really hope it won't be my last. I forgot to mention the very courteous, fast, and helpful service. Exceptional people. I want to go back! I hope I'll be in time.... Photo of the snail menu.

Everything was exceptionally good, from the appetizers to the coffee, from the first courses to the second courses, from the side dishes to the dessert! The location is neat and welcoming, the service is very friendly and attentive to every request. The final bill was excellent! We will definitely be back!

09/12/2025: I come here often when I'm passing through Gioia del Colle, and I think it deserves 5 stars, but on Sunday I was there for breakfast around 6:30 a.m. and was a little disappointed when I saw that there were no croissants at all. Too bad.

28/10/2025: A unique mountain hut on the southern descent of the Colle Valcavera. It's more of a mountain biker hotspot, but we enduro riders were also warmly welcomed. Tip: The tables for two by the fence post offer a stunning view of the valley. Delicious!

28/09/2025: Located in the Arma Valley, above Demonte, it can be reached by car, but especially by bike and motorbike. The surrounding landscape is magnificent and wild. The cuisine is excellent, carefully prepared and homemade, with vegetarian options. The owner and staff are kind and cheerful. We didn't use the rooms, so I can't comment. In the summer, there's a star box just outside the refuge, allowing you to sleep while fully enjoying the starry night sky.

13/11/2025: I got some bonus money on a website (you can see it in the photo) and decided to treat myself to something tasty. I stopped by the restaurant, ordered a pizza — and it was absolutely worth it! Everything was nicely cooked, the cheese was perfectly melty, and the aroma was amazing.

Prices are in line with the service. An excellent experience, a must-try place, and one of the best in the Florentine countryside for quality/price.
