09/10/2025: A very beautiful place, with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent, high-quality cuisine. I recommend the ravioli au tuccu (borage ravioli with veal ragù and porcini mushrooms)...truly delicious. My compliments to the chef. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive.

06/10/2025: Too expensive for the quality. The gnocchi (with creamed zucchini, mussels, and calamari) were bland and undercooked. €15 for a mushroom appetizer (price not listed on the menu) was disproportionate to the quantity and quality of the dish.

09/12/2025: The nine suites are located in a historic building that served as a convent for centuries. The rooms retain their monastic character through the minimalist rigor of the spaces and the use of natural materials, such as the beautiful wood of the furniture and floors. Just a few meters from the Fink, Mozart stayed when he performed in Bressanone. At street level, a long portico has become the hotel's restaurant. Here, too, you can see the exquisite taste in the seating and lighting. For breakfast, the Fink pampers its guests with a small glass of hot broth to start the day, sweet and savory butter, homemade croissants and bread, local cheeses and speak, and a large, made-to-order platter of oatmeal, eggs, and omelettes. The location under the porticoes is excellent, and the Hofburger Hof is just a few minutes away. The hotel's private parking is about a hundred meters away, on the edge of the historic center. The staff and owners of this little haven of tranquility and well-being were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, also equipped with a sauna and Roman baths (which I didn't use).

15/11/2025: We stayed at Fink Suites for three nights as a couple and were absolutely thrilled. The rooms are beautiful and have everything you could wish for. They are lovingly furnished, beautifully lit, and the spa area is also excellent (small but perfectly formed!). The service and hosts are very friendly and attentive! The location right in the heart of the old town is an added bonus – thank you so much!

28/10/2025: Must try, I recommend it, especially the ribs with sautéed potatoes, or the tagliatelle with chanterelles, if you pass by those wonderful places stop at the Ochsenhütte and enjoy your lunch

24/10/2025: The ambiance was fantastic, and the service was very friendly and efficient. The bacon platter was good value for money! The bread basket that came with the bacon platter tasted stale. The cheese sandwich was an outrage for the price. I was expecting a delicious bread with toppings, but instead, I got a rubbery roll, WITHOUT butter, and a few slices of cheese. Next time, I'll go somewhere else. 😊

19/11/2025: Lakefront restaurant-pizzeria, excellent food, and friendly, courteous staff. We had a lake fish appetizer and homemade tagliatelle with sardines, cherry tomatoes, and olives... everything was truly delicious and fresh! Excellent value for money! Highly recommended!

19/11/2025: The location is very charming and beautiful, both inside and out. You can enjoy a beautiful view both day and night. The prices, however, while not above average for what they offer, are more like a very expensive aperitivo with little food (you can certainly pay for dishes, but then, as I said, it's more expensive).

Very kind and helpful staff; one girl moved us to a table by the window without us asking, as soon as it became available. We'll definitely be back in the summer! (And great music, lots of Vasco's songs.)

01/09/2025: Unfortunately, this place isn't what it once was. Prices are now in line with tourist fare, losing the authenticity that set it apart from a simple street food stand. The magic of discovering a genuine place, far from the usual offerings of the city center's renowned restaurants, has vanished. A real shame, because it was truly special.

08/12/2025: Excellent quality meat, grilled to perfection. I asked for a hot plate to take the bite out of the rare feeling, and it was brought promptly. I also had their giardiniera, which was also excellent. The wine selection is extensive and expertly recommended! The staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable, and it was a top-notch dinner! Well done!

01/12/2025: Everything was delicious and plentiful...I tried the appetizer with mussels in pepper sauce...very good...and the mixed fried fish was equally good...then I continued with spaghetti allo scoglio...scarpetta is a must...excellent, fresh, tasty fish...it was my first time there...and I'll be back often...

Every time I stop by, I'm struck by the staff's professionalism, but tonight in particular, I want to highlight the bartenders' skill. One young man in particular stood out for his attentiveness and kindness: he made sure I liked my aperitivo, demonstrating a rare level of customer service. I explained to him that, for me, their aperitivo is the best in all of Lombardy—and every time I see it, I'm proven right. 12/11/2025: It used to be much more reliable. I ordered pizza from them twice at 8:00 PM. I went there 10 minutes early and the pizza was already ready because it was cold. I told the person working there, and she even got annoyed. Another time I went for a drink with a friend. I ordered drinks and some appetizers. The appetizers never arrived despite asking several times. The staff was laughing among themselves.
