31/07/2025: Textbook Panigacci! Prepared on the hottest testi in the fireplace. A beautiful ritual to watch. A great lunch stop along the A15, but it's still "worth the trip," so I recommend it for dinner as well. Leave it to the friendly and courteous staff. The wine selection isn't extraordinary and very traditional, but nothing to complain about.

29/07/2025: Very special and good food, especially the cold cuts and the stewed panigacci, a welcoming restaurant and very attentive staff, a wonderful view, the restaurant is nestled in a mountain overlooking the side and with a huge window from which you can see a very beautiful view, highly recommended, very fair price considering how much we ate,

20/07/2025: Locale piccolo ma carino. Abbiamo ordinato due gustose pizze ortolane, tre frittatine buone, due coca-cole. La bottiglia d'acqua che non abbiamo consumato non ci è stata addebitata. Tutto sommato, esperienza che rifarei.

12/08/2025: A tourist restaurant like pizza and fries. An order of two pizzas took over 50 minutes, and at the end, the man with glasses didn't accept the criticism and was rude. I don't recommend it.

11/08/2025: My experience has always been decidedly positive: the pizza is excellent, the service is courteous and fast, and the entire staff deserves top marks, with Giovanni deserved top marks, as he was born to do this job. The quality of the ingredients is the strong point of this wonderful pizza. I've always felt at home, and the quality and service improve every year. Fairly priced.

06/08/2025: Love this restaurant. Service is friendly, pet friendly, too. Delicious vegan and vegetarian options, and also delightful desserts. I chose the vegetarian ravioli filled with artichokes. It was divine. My companion chose the tuna tartare. He raved about it. Highly recommend! 💜💜💜💜

05/08/2025: Impeccable. The trofie with pesto was exceptional: the fresh and fragrant sauce enhanced every bite with a perfect balance of basil and garlic. The cheese focaccia was a triumph of goodness, crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. An authentic gastronomic experience, capturing Ligurian flavors with simplicity and mastery. Highly recommended!

28/07/2025: Ottimi i crostini, primo gustoso (fregnacce alla norcina) e speciale menzione per il dolce. La mia ragazza ha preso un tiramisù ed io una panna cotta. Porzioni molto abbondanti (sì consiglia di venire a stomaco vuoto) e prezzi onesti. Il personale molto gentile e l’ambiente famigliare. Consigliato!

06/07/2025: L'unico difetto di questo posto è che non è accanto a casa mia!!! Una quantità ESAGERATA di carni prelibate provenienti da vari angoli del mondo, ce ne sono di tutti i tipi: dry aged, grass fed, italiana, irlandese, uruguaiana, wagyu, enormi tomahawk, ma anche hamburger belli farciti, arrosto girato, pollo, grigliata mista etc. Mi sono buttata su una tagliata di Angus Uruguay grass fed (cioè esclusivamente cresciuto mangiando erba): un gusto pieno, deciso, per i veri amanti della carne, sentivo proprio il sego (grasso, l'equivalente bovina del lardo) della marezzatura sciolta, ed io che a casa cucino spesso con il sego l'ho molto apprezzato. Il vero peccato mortale l'ho compiuto io perché non l'ho finita... La porzione era bella generosa e purtroppo un paio di pezzetti li ho lasciati! Il mio compagno ha preso la tagliata di fassona piemontese (mi pare? Non me lo ricordo, ma era molto buona), che consiglio a chi preferisce un gusto della carne più delicato, accompagnata da patatine fritte fatte fresche da loro, tagliate tonde, belle croccanti. Prima abbiamo condiviso una tartare con tuorlo d'uovo fondente e cipolla caramellata, ammetto che non ho apprezzato molto la cipolla perché l'ho trovata troppo dolce, ma è anche vero che io non mangio dolci e potrei essere un tantino "schizzinosa" in merito. Anche il mio compagno l'ha trovata un po' dolcina. Il personale è estremamente cordiale, Maria è una forza, scambiateci due chiacchiere se avete la possibilità (ovvero se non intoppate il servizio così facendo eh!) perché è davvero un valore aggiunto. Come detto all'inizio, il problema di questo locale (che ricordiamo essere anche una macelleria, quel bancone mi faceva venire l'acquolina in bocca, avrei comprato tutto!!!) è che non ce l'ho accanto a casa... per il mio conto corrente sicuramente è una salvezza invece, perché sennò sarei sempre lì a spendere!

14/06/2025: We had a great time! Tartare and Chianina steak that melted in your mouth, combined with the kindness of the owners, completed an excellent evening. I recommend it for the variety of meats and wines (but not only, the menu is rich) and for the possibility of choosing directly from the butcher's counter what and how much to eat. Thanks for the great evening.

18/08/2025: Excellent osteria. I went to eat on Saturday evening and had a great time, the food was excellent and the atmosphere very intimate. I recommend it to everyone. Here you can eat typical local dishes.

15/07/2025: A stunning setting amidst lush greenery and magical fairytale views. Excellent food and impeccable service, courtesy and attentiveness. In summer, the location is stunning; on rainy days, it's a warm and welcoming space, with soft lighting and magical references to witches that appear in a thousand ways wherever you look. Casale delle Streghe is one of the prettiest and most intriguing places in Lazio. The citrus rice is mouth-watering, along with the meats masterfully prepared by a great chef. We'll be returning again and again, delighting both adults and children alike.

14/07/2025: The atmosphere is intimate and comfortable, the staff is friendly and attentive to guests' needs, and the parking inside the Casale is truly convenient. In my case, with plenty of advance notice, I was able to organize a private evening for a birthday party with complete peace of mind. Chef Antonello recommended a menu suitable for all attendees, catering to a variety of dietary needs. For the dining room/garden, I spoke with Mrs. Simona, whom I thank for her availability, for managing the space, and for her highly professional event management. The food was truly delicious, with attention to detail in the presentation. I will definitely be happy to return and spend a relaxing evening.

16/08/2025: Just steps from the sea, with views of beautiful sunsets. It has its own private parking. The service is impeccable—super kind, friendly, and attentive. And the food is spectacular. I recommend booking a table.

04/08/2025: A unique experience. I hadn't been back in years, and I have to say, as always, the review couldn't be more positive. The meat was exceptional, and the hostess helped us choose the best type, explaining the differences in detail. The staff was attentive. I found it a little pricey compared to a few years ago, but it's absolutely worth it!

La prima cosa che colpisce ogni volta è la ricercatezza dei piatti, ogni portata è una piccola opera d’arte, curata nei minimi dettagli e pensata con grande creatività dallo chef. Gli ingredienti sono di altissima qualità, freschissimi e selezionati con attenzione, il che si traduce in sapori autentici e sorprendenti. Lo chef dimostra una maestria incredibile, riuscendo a combinare tradizione e innovazione in modo perfetto. Ogni sorta di piatto ha quel tocco in più che rende la cena speciale, facendoci sentire ogni volta coccolati e viziati. Lo staff poi è sempre molto gentile e professionale, ti fa sentire come a casa, con un sorriso sincero e una cura che si percepisce in ogni dettaglio del servizio. Il locale è accogliente, particolare, perfetto per una serata in cui si desidera sentirsi davvero coccolati in un ambiente curato con gusto. In poche parole, un’esperienza culinaria che consiglio a chi cerca qualità, bellezza e un’atmosfera intima e raffinata. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!
