02/12/2025: We stopped here for lunch and found the food to be tasty homemade Italian quality with very friendly staff and reasonable prices. It was a good find if you are looking for a hole in the wall type place. Truffle shavings in the pasta would have made it better. The pizza was great.

01/12/2025: We happened upon this little restaurant yesterday by chance. It wasn't a pleasant experience. When I needed the bathroom, I found that there was only one for both sexes. It was a narrow folding door that barely closed with a latch, and in fact, while I was inside, a customer opened the door for me, which the aforementioned latch couldn't keep closed. I was really pissed off. A bathroom in this state is absolutely not up to standard, especially considering the small place and the small tables that struggle to accommodate the dishes. The owners, however, were friendly. The much-vaunted ribollita was quite mediocre, as was the tiramisu. After coffee, the owner, without asking, brought us the receipt to the table. Is this a way of prompting us to leave the place?

14/10/2025: We stopped by for a village festival, and only stayed one night and had breakfast. Everything was great: a generous sweet and savory buffet breakfast, a beautiful, clean place. Friendly staff. We'll be back.

01/10/2025: I was in the area for work and stayed at Iris for two nights with my colleagues, and I have to say that if we ever get back to the area, we'd definitely want to stay there. Excellent service, courtesy, and friendliness, excellent and plentiful food with a wide variety of choices, including simple and protein-rich dishes, just the way I like them. I highly recommend it; everything was top-notch!

14/12/2025: One of the few old-fashioned trattorias that can still be found in our area. I ate an excellent fillet of colt, the service is excellent.

13/11/2025: This is our third time eating here this year. But unfortunately, we weren't as satisfied as before; what a shame... My wife was happy with the fish dish, and the pizzas seem to be popular with other guests. But my porcini mushroom pasta dish was a real disappointment in its sticky sauce. And the Caprese appetizer was even worse: tasteless, unripe tomatoes, no flavor at all, two small basil leaves, olive oil, no breadsticks... A restaurant with huge quality fluctuations?

15/10/2025: One of Genova’s best kept food secrets. This can easily be ranked as one of the city’s best pizzas, but given it has just a few seats and it’s open at lunchtime only, it’s rarely visited by tourists. However, if you want a very good pizza with a crunchy dough and tasty toppings, with a few euros you will have it! Quality/price ratio is unbelievable. And you can eat it in the garden nearby Colombo’s house or in Piazza Matteotti in a sunny day for a true Genoese experience!

07/12/2025: Everything was excellent, the staff was friendly and fast. The Venetian-style liver was delicious. Prices were absolutely average. We'll be back when we're in Padua.

26/11/2025: Feels like home 🏡💕 I've been to this place a couple of times and it was truly a delightful discovery! ✨ You can find typical Venetian dishes but also flavors to discover and explore. The icing on the cake are the owners: welcoming, discreet, knowledgeable, and truly friendly! The place speaks for itself: warm, familiar, and elegant all at the same time. Congratulations! 10/12/2025: Went for lunch on Sunday. They work two shifts: from 12 to 2, and from 2 onwards. It's always busy, so it's best to book in advance. It's very crowded, and the tables are often touching, making it not suitable for those looking for a quiet Sunday lunch. The food was normal, in the sense that it didn't leave you with that something that would keep you coming back. There's no menu; the lady comes over and lists it for you. The downside is that the last stretch of road is single-lane, meaning there's rock on one side and a fence on the other to protect you from the ravine. If you encounter another car, one of you has to reverse for about 50-60 meters and around a bend. For those who've never been, it's worth going at least once. We won't be returning.

24/11/2025: We stayed overnight and had dinner there! The food was wonderful and the service was super welcoming! I loved the salad! Breathtaking view! We were even blessed with snow the next morning 🙌🏻 Delicious breakfast!!

17/10/2025: Excellent restaurant... by chance I passed by Bedonia and asked where I could eat something with truffles and they recommended this place... nice surprise... excellent potato ravioli with cream and truffle slices and excellent Angus fillet with truffle... excellent glass of Lagrein... impeccable service... I will definitely return with friends from Rapallo... Genoa

30/11/2025: Excellent choice! Top-notch restaurant for food quality, service, and staff! We dined there two consecutive evenings during a short stay in the area. From the meat to the fish and truffles, everything was truly excellent and beautifully presented. Prices commensurate with the quality offered. Recommended!

29/11/2025: A magical place. Without wasting time climbing the hills, you still get a beautiful view. Just a stone's throw from Montegrotto and convenient for those coming from Padua. The staff and owners are wonderful people, which translates into an atmosphere where everyone works together, and it shows in the dishes! Excellent value! My favorite restaurant :)
