A top-notch quality-price ratio, the Province at its finest. The nearby village would justify the trip, but the culinary stop, for those seeking substance rather than gourmet fare, will not leave you indifferent, both for the dishes offered and the authenticity of the wines.

I visited Pinseria Ristorante La Locanda and had an overall positive experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and suitable for both a family dinner and a dinner with friends. The pinsa/pizza is tasty, with a well-made dough and good-quality ingredients. The service was courteous and helpful. Overall, the value for money is good, and the place is a good choice for those looking to spend a pleasant evening enjoying a good pizza or pinsa. I'll gladly return to try other dishes on the menu. The only downside is the area, with streets where you have to be very careful at night.

We visited this restaurant about three months ago and, despite a few minor difficulties, were satisfied. I should point out that the area has virtually no data signal, and we had repeatedly asked for Wi-Fi access, at least for the kids, but were told that the free Wi-Fi service was already full. No big deal. We really enjoyed the pizza: light, tasty, and at a very fair and competitive price. For this very reason, we decided to return last night, booking a table outside with the pizza all-you-can-eat plan. Upon arrival, however, the problems began. A waiter informed us that there was no seating outside and showed us to an inside dining room. After a few minutes, he returned, asking us to move again because that table wasn't intended for us. We asked for an explanation but received no concrete answer; the waiter simply shrugged and walked away. This attitude left us rather perplexed. Next, we were asked if we knew the difference between the restaurant menu and the pizza all-you-can-eat plan. We reiterated that we'd booked specifically for the latter, and the younger waiter replied that he'd have to check if it was possible. After a few minutes, he returned and told us that, exceptionally, it could be done. Honestly, it felt like we were asking for something not on the menu. The appetizer and fried food arrived quickly and were truly delicious. The pizza also continued to be excellent. However, the pinsas began to arrive without us asking for any toppings, which is normal with any pizza-free plan. The real problem arose when, after eight pizzas served to a table of eight paying adults, we asked for a ninth pizza around 10:00 PM. We were told that the kitchen was closed and that they would check if another was possible. Meanwhile, we continued to see hot pizzas being delivered to other tables, without receiving any explanation. At that point, we decided to get up and go directly to the cashier to ask for clarification. They then explained to us that, according to them, the pizza-free plan requires one pizza per person to be shared in the center of the table. We'd personally never encountered this at any other restaurant offering this service. To our surprise, we were told that, exceptionally, the pizza we'd ordered was still being cooked. By then, however, we'd decided to leave. It's a shame, because the quality of the food is truly worth it: very good pizza, excellent appetizers, and fair prices. What needs to be revisited is the way customers are managed and informed. With clearer and more attentive service, the experience would have been decidedly different.

A restaurant where you can taste the best Roman specialties, all delicious. A pinseria where you can enjoy excellent pinsa, made with the finest flours that help make the pinsa light and easily digestible. The staff is always friendly and attentive. What can I say? You'll always want to return.
