A restaurant where you can taste the best Roman specialties, all delicious. A pinseria where you can enjoy excellent pinsa, made with the finest flours that help make the pinsa light and easily digestible. The staff is always friendly and attentive. What can I say? You'll always want to return.

The food is plentiful and high-quality, and you can ask for seconds without hesitation. The best menu is the one that includes everything from A to Z. The lady is very kind, the service is attentive. À la carte, you eat less and spend the same amount. Excellent value.

My wife and I went to dinner. We chose two menus and asked for a small appetizer to start with, served directly by the owner. The spritz was fabulous, complete with Venetian-style olives. The food was delicious. We asked for a carbonara instead of one of the starters on the menu. I was completely satisfied. A very substantial menu for a very fair price. We will definitely be back often. The food was exquisite, the staff wonderful, and the owners were excellent. Very satisfied. Recommended!

03/05/2026: We were taken here by Italian cousins last week. It was an absolutely mouthwatering feast. We never saw a menu, our hosts negotiated the food we would eat with the restaurant staff. We tried all sorts of things we’ve never had the courage to including brains with artichokes, another form of offal, everything was exquisite. The wine was all from the Lazio region as was the cheese which we had in between the past course and the puddings. We shared all the dishes between us so we all had maximum tasting of everything. Semi fredo was particularly delicious.
16/04/2026: Far from the city center and the main tourist areas, in Appio Latino, this place charmed us with its excellent service and delicious food. The best dining experience in Rome!

13/05/2026: Situated near the Vatican, with a partial view of the dome of St. Peter, this wonderful place offers excellent dishes and good portions. The service is excellent. I live in the neighborhood and regularly have lunch here.
10/05/2026: After leaving the Vatican and visiting St. Peter's Basilica, we were very tired and looked for a restaurant. Without thinking twice, we came across this one in April. The gentleman was very kind and helpful. The food was delicious; I highly recommend it.
