We tried a raclette lunch and the experience was more than positive, the staff was kind and the service was impeccable.

A loving, family-run restaurant with helpful, smiling staff. The setting isn't particularly large, but it's charming. Everything is excellent... if you read this review, eat their courgette flowers!

A lovely restaurant in the heart of Alagna We booked the Raclette, which paired very well with their salted meats and various cold cuts. The desserts were also excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good prices.

The food was tasty but average. The portions were very small, which really disappointed us (Ravioli and Carbonara). An additional downside was that we couldn't find a non-alcoholic drinks menu (we had to ask the waitress).The opening hours on Google do not match the restaurant's actual operating hours.

Good food I recommend anyone ordering raclette to sit outside, because it really gives off so much heat; one side of my face was burning hot throughout the entire dinner. I also highly recommend the expertly crafted desserts!

We had lunch at Ristorante Unione twice, and both times we had a wonderful time. The staff is extremely kind, welcoming, and always available. We really appreciated the attention paid to our various dietary needs and intolerances, with great care and availability for all guests. The food is simply exceptional: carefully prepared dishes using quality ingredients. The restaurant also deserves a special mention: beautiful, meticulously crafted, and with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Making the experience even more special was the fantastic music selection: great American rock classics from the '60s and '70s. And finally, a special mention for the panna cotta: absolutely fabulous! A place where you can sense passion, attention, and a love of hospitality. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

L'Unione, from my father in the '90s to us, thirty-somethings, today. A place that has seen generations pass by and has always been a guarantee of excellent food, experience, and sincerity. The only disappointment the other night was the somewhat meager portions of soup and pasta. The trout and eggplant appetizers were truly delicious... but why on Michelin-starred plates? We missed the rough ceramic bowls, and I don't think fine dining details are necessary. We left happy, of course, but not entirely satisfied.

If you want some of the best quality Italian food this is definitely a place to go to. Although just a little bit more expensive than other places in resort, It is definitely worth every single penny and still very reasonably priced at around €25 per head (excluding drinks)

Everything was great! The food was well prepared and tasty, the staff was so service-minded, warm and familiar. The atmosphere was refined and rustic. GO THERE!
