13/04/2026: The selection of food on the conveyor belt was too repetitive. The conveyor belt moved too quickly, making it difficult to pick up food from the window in front of you. In fact, I couldn't pick up one of the small plates that were passing by because my hand slipped, and the plate slid inward. The waitress appeared in an instant and, with only gesticulations, made it clear that we would be charged for the plate. And so it was. Extremely unpleasant! Since there are few choices on the conveyor belt, it is necessary to order dishes à la carte that are more interesting and varied. Made-to-order dishes are quite expensive. The quality of the fish is not excellent. The clam soup had no flavor. Even the tempura was flavorless. The price is high for the quality offered.

14/03/2026: The restaurant is very welcoming, and the staff is incredibly kind and readily available. I always find the service and food to be of exceptional quality. The taste and presentation are simply superb, even better than some of the more expensive, high-end establishments. The sashimi was incredibly fresh and had thick cuts. The tempura was crispy, hot, not too oily, and incredibly delicious. I also enjoyed the carpaccio; it had a great marinade. I highly recommend this place to everyone. It's a must-stop for me whenever I'm in the area. The owners are incredibly dedicated and passionate, and they truly deserve the best.

05/04/2026: We found the restaurant by chance because it's close to our hotel. What a stroke of luck! The atmosphere and service were top-notch. The cuisine was superb. I hadn't left a restaurant this impressed in a long time. As I told the owner, the three Gambero Rosso ratings were no coincidence. Highly recommended!

07/11/2025: I've been frequenting this lovely little place both in person and online since it was renovated after closing. The food is excellent and the staff is professional. I ordered delivery from home once again, courtesy of the excellent Riccardo, who presented me with a final price I wasn't expecting. It was a few euros more, but I had the exact amount with me. He immediately agreed to contact the restaurant for clarification. One of the managers explained to me that the online offer of €29.90 included five courses, and since I ordered four, I was charged the full price for the four courses. It's true that when I placed my order over the phone, I remembered on the spot that the €29.90 offer was for four courses instead of five, but it's also true that I've always ordered according to the offer. It's true that it's not possible to remember all the regulars, but a GENERAL focus on customer service would have prompted the manager to point out that by ordering five dishes (I had selected four), you can enjoy a better price, even if it's only a few euros more than the extra course. Since I'm here, I'll make a suggestion. Even if the restaurant is nearing closing time, where I've personally brought friends, a partner, and relatives, or when I've visited in blissful solitude, rather than turning off the air conditioning in the summer or opening the large doors in the winter while there are still customers finishing their dinner, perhaps it's better to wait to avoid congestion or excessive temperature changes in the post-lunch phase. 21/03/2026: A truly delicious and unusual dinner. The ravioli seemed a bit undercooked, but the ramen really turned things around. High-quality ingredients, friendly and helpful staff, much appreciated! The location was quiet, even for a table outside.

31/01/2026: Even on weekdays, it's full of people. I think it's good enough to taste and experience it, but it wasn't real Japanese ramen. The taste was okay, and the soup was not a real Japanese ramen soup but more like an Asian-flavored soup. Mazesoba was completely different from what I expected. Gyoza was not really good… I should not have ordered it. I would not go back again.

31/01/2026: Excellent, very Japanese ramen! Among the best I've had in Italy! The only flaw is the desserts... frozen mochi, no, because mochi should be very soft, and matcha tea dorayaki, I didn't like because the filling was too floury and they tasted like nothing. The 5 stars are for the ramen, superb! And the gyoza, truly excellent! They are for the atmosphere and the service, fast and kind staff! Thank you!!!
