09/11/2025: Conveniently located near the station, but unfortunately that's where its only real selling point ends. Two of us went for lunch, and the menu was woefully sparse: very few dishes, only salmon sashimi (a ridiculous amount) and no variety whatsoever. The quality of the fish is just okay, nothing to justify the price or the reputation of a sushi restaurant. The icing on the cake: the coffee served in a pod, more worthy of a vending machine than a café. A disappointing experience, I don't think we'll be back.

15/11/2025: I had dinner with my husband at Trasoto, and I must say it was a real pleasure! The dishes are authentic and plentiful. The staff was kind and helpful, always ready to offer advice and accommodate our requests. The atmosphere is very informal yet welcoming; we immediately felt at home. It's a place where you can eat well without spending too much. A tip for those who want to go: it's not easy to find, especially at night, but the candles on the sidewalk were a great idea! And once we arrived, the outdoor parking space was a huge plus. It's a place I highly recommend to everyone...an oasis of peace and good food, hidden in nature. We'll definitely be back!

21/10/2025: It's like eating at grandma's... a pleasant surprise. And then the bill... you don't find it like this anywhere else... if I were to pass by there I would go back to eat there.

The recipes and drinks are traditional and wonderful. The service is truly kind, helpful, friendly, and attentive. They're available and happy to provide in-depth explanations. We also had the opportunity to speak with the chef, and he was also truly kind. The atmosphere is quite elegant, and I really enjoyed it. Thank you so much.

08/09/2025: A slice of Japan in Milan! The care and delicacy in every little detail of the dinner took me straight back to Japan. Every dish we tried was delicious. Chef Satoshi Hazama meticulously selects every ingredient and makes every dish from scratch, like the pumpkin and Piedmontese Fassona croquettes, breaded not in the classic panko, but in sourdough bread. For unagi/una-ju lovers, here you'll find a delicate yet delicious version. Dinner literally flew by to the sounds of Joe Hisashi, accompanied by impeccable and warm service. As I said yesterday, 懐かしい! ありがとうございます

07/10/2025: Sushi à la carte, ramen, and udon. Best sushi in Biella. If you're craving ramen, it's highly recommended. Prices are reasonable for the quality. The welcome sample is always delicious, and always a must-try.

15/10/2025: Tried it at a discount on TheFork, and you'll find me again. First time trying à la carte sushi, partly because I've become accustomed to the various Roman AYCE restaurants, which are good, but all sadly the same in flavor and experience. The difference here is definitely noticeable. I expected a clear difference in flavor, but I have to say it's noticeable. The preparation is truly meticulous, and you can see they strive to showcase the raw ingredients in all their nuances. The sashimi is delicious, with even suggestions on using wasabi in the soy sauce to better savor the sea bass. The fried food is excellent, light, and showcases the fish inside. The rolls deserve a whole chapter... all in portions of 8, and it would take two days (and a big wallet) to try them all; I recommend the "Roma" with salmon, red shrimp tartare, and truffle ponzu sauce—a delight! The nigiri are also delicious: I tried the chef's and got grilled Argentinian shrimp in ponzu sauce, simply fabulous! Honorable mention for the service, so much so that they even left a tip, something I don't remember ever doing in my life. The young man who served us was truly skilled, empathetic, and incredibly dedicated to his job. It was also a pleasure to chat with him, and he was always cheerful and smiling. The prices aren't for everyone, but with the discounts on the app, they're very affordable. Obviously, drinks aren't included, but desserts are, and it makes everything even more inviting. For a dinner with a limited number of courses, let's say, we spent around fifty euros with the discounts; without them, we would have come to around 90 euros. I recommend it, even more so with the discount, even for those who want to indulge in real sushi, different from the more renowned ones. I'll definitely be back!!

13/09/2025: A place where you can reconnect with food. After so many all-you-can-eat restaurants, here you take it to a much higher level, where it's a pleasure to taste every ingredient and appreciate their freshness.

19/10/2025: And unfortunately, the menu didn't blow us away. The turbot main course was OK, but nothing special. The appetizers were very "scampi-heavy," and we didn't like the snails. Overall, the value for money here isn't good compared to other restaurants in the area.
